  the amount of talking naturally increased due to more phones sold..And some rates like those to usa cheap enough that ghanians call me(with my money) to usa..Some might have be scared and paid more..But who do we know that Subah didn't under report and keep too much funds(the 13.5% might have creeped up to 25% 0r 30%)

  Subah belongs to ZOOMLION/ JOSPONG group.
  They go team up with Government officials with business ideas, set up fake companies with false PROFILES, with supports of some of their Indians and Chinese partners get a contract and LOOT the states.
  
  when it gets to the media, they quickly get some Press houses pay them hugely and attempt to rubbish the cases, until another subsidiary get involved in another case.

  This is one of the most dishonest analyses of any subject to appear on Ghanaweb. Subah were paid for "work done" when they had not plugged into the telcos equipment!! The law`which would allow them to "plug into" the telcos equipment to monitor them had not been passed. Yet you, Kofi Adoli sit in London and say that the country earned US$252million. Nonsense!! GRA was just skimming our money (that excludes you since you dont pay tax here) and handing it free to SUBAH. You should see the Subah spreadsheets, and form an honest opinion before your are drawn or paid to write such rubbish..

  Sir, you appear to discount the explanation that Subah used other sources of information for their work. There was a suggestion that NCA did not have the info to give to Subah. However, the Joy FM presenter who made that assertion was not immediately able to back his claim, so we live to see. You certainly did the columnist an injustice by describing his analysis as "dishonest". You do owe him an apology, methinks.
