  Very good article. Unfortunately in Ghana it seems we tend not to plan our work and work our plan. We tend to do things haphazardly, fuelled by 'I know best' ego mentality, which makes it difficult to collectively work together and plan a SYSTEMatic approach to most things. We need to be pragmatic in the way we do things, and this involves a different mindset. It's a long long road but I hope we can have a collective social wake up and start behaving in ways test will allow us to think more SYSTEMatically, at every level of of society. We are a blessed people, the clue is in the boundlessness of our natural environment. We are resonant of that, but also blinded to it. The day we wake up, the world will shake up! God bless AFRICA!

  Oh Ghana paaah dei, well said but it will be a heculian task trying to coin this AGORO SYSTEM when we are exporting them just as they start walking. Who wants to stay in a system eating yow-ke-gari while their mates or those b4 them are driving flashy cars around. They rather go to places like South Africa and sat on benches as professionals just to earn a living. We have half baked players all over the Globe including Vietnam, sitting on benches hoping to brake into the 1st team in order to get recognition. Let's be real, what kind of incentive will keep them at home or just a little longer b4 they leave? Suggestion, we need to find more oil
