By the way where was this writer when Ratomir Dujkovic and Milovan Rajevac were in charge maybe he was not born yet. I used to support some of Honourable Ayitey's episodes but not on this. Full force and one of our top and dependable is down again and then what else.

And besides, despite the fact that Netherlands almighty Brazil and France has used their team "A" so we should pursue suit. Regardless of the out come of this coming event, people still gonna cry wolf, wolf.

Well, the 6 defenders than the standard 8 to the World Cup; with 11 midfielders is lilil bit disturbing "BUT" it was too late for us to still ponder over it for hanzas now.

Whether we gonna use full team "A" or team "A" half & team team "B' half, or team "B" 70% T. "A" 30% or full team "B" to face Korea should be coach DRAA, Konadu and the Technical team to DECIDE BUT NOT THE PUBLIC! Time to decide 'what to do' and 'what if' are over!

He must be careful because if not he is going to make history as the first coach who couldn't qualify the Black Stars from the group stage of the World Cup. The match was high -octane and played in the hot sun at a terrific pace with the final score being USA 2 Nigeria 1. It could have been worse for Nigeria but their goalie was good and the high tempo took a toll on the energy of the USA team towards the end of the second half.

The number 19 for USA team, ( Zusi) is a poor corner-kick specialist. Klinsmann does not know that the right corner-kick must be taken by the left-footed player and the the left-side corner kick must be taken by a right winger. Zusi's corner kicks swerved out of touch before coming into play and the referee was quick to whistle this as a goal kick for Nigeria.

The USA appeared to be playing a version of 4-2-4 in this way. They attacked with 4+2 and defended with 4+2. Klinsmann has the players recruited from all lands. Klinsmann's team has 8 German -Americans who are willing to die for him. They fought like the Myrmidons of General Achillies of the Hellas, or the Chelethites and the Pellethites commanded by David/ Benaiah son of Jehoida or the Afrika Corps under the desert fox Field Marshall Erwin Rommel. But they ran out of gas in the last 20 minutes in the hot tropical sun.

Altidore has brute strength and some good pace and dribbling skills but he does not possess the quick release . This will allow defenders enough time to scramble and thwart him from scoring a goal. The attacking machinery of Bradley, Johnson, Altidore, and Dempsey looked formidable against Nigeria. Klinsmann , in person , taught these players special dribbling skills and set-pieces from Germany. The USA used put -through airborne passes and ground level passes. The team admires Klinsmann the coach.

The assistant coach of USA has a printed catalogue of battle formations and strategic plays on his lap. Before a substitute player enters the field the assistant coach gives him a quick flash of the picture of the strategy the player must go to execute. An assignment for secret agent OGNS Tornado Appiah is go and snatch this master game-plan and successfully present it to commander " Silent Killer" Appiah.

The USA consists of very tall players who run like aponkyi but they are not totally coordinated or synchronized properly. The Nigerians have very excellent dribbling skills but they toyed with the ball too much in the penalty box of the USA team. Had the Nigerians shot the ball more often they might have scored more goals.

The USA forwards crowded into the Nigerian goalmouth to the extent that they seemed to outnumber the Nigerian defenders all the time that they mounting a siege.They used tricky hand-crafted passes that can bamboozle defenders and goal-keepers.

Goal -keeper Howard is good but has poor coordination with his defenders. He is not good at saving penalties as his composure is ridiculous when a penalty is being taken. The Nigerian penalty taker, with the number 11 jersey, is a wasteful striker but a wizard of the penalty shot.

If Ghana were to have played them, the scores would have been Ghana 3 USA 1.

They always use the straight line back four and set their defensive line very high, so whenever they loose the ball up field they get caught on the counter.
Ghana on the other hand plays "soaking-boom". We soak pressure and counter. Akwasi Appiah has modified it and added the "Stoke approach", which is long pass form defence to the attackers. In the game against Holland four times we did that but unfortunately Adomah who was deployed on the right flank made poor choices.
So whoever thinks that Nigeria is a solution to Ghana is mistaken.

In fact if Kwesi Appiah was hired to take his lessons from pocket-coaches, then he is useless. Whether we like it or not, the match with Korea next Monday is just a trial match. There is nothing so crucial about it - its results don't mean anything. Anybody who believes Kwesi Appiah does not know what he is doing must have his head examined. The coach is not starting his job now. Indeed he has already proved his abilities. We all remember how frightened we were when we had to face Egypt in the last qualifying matches. But at the end of the day, our fears were made nonsense of as Egypt was easily brushed aside.
The best thing we can offer Kwesi Appiah at this stage is not advice (he has all his strategy well tied up by now) but to support him unconditionally and wish him and the team well.

This time around whiles there may be some players we probably wish they wasn't picked to head to Brazil, I still think there are many talented and more depth in this squad who will be able to at least beat USA and Portugal to proceed to the round of 16.

By the way, I'm half American and half Ghanaian but I just can't wait for Ghana to beat USA because of the cockiness of the American fans and their itch to beat Ghana. The only unknown factor in the Ghanaian squad is the coach and how tactically good he may or may not be at the world cup. I know a lot of people would have dropped Essien from this squad but I must say that if I was the coach I would play Essien any day. Essien's form today is way better than Stephen Appiah's form before 2010 world cup. In midfield if the coach plays Essien, Muntari, K. Asamoah and A. Ayew whiles upfront Prince Boateng plays behind A. Gyan, we'll be okay. God bless Ghana and USA.

Christiano Ronaldo was injured before the final EUFA champions league match they played gainst Athletico Madrid in Portugal. So therefore Kwaku BOnsam Should stop claiming that he was the one who caused Ronaldo's injury.
