We need good planning in Ghana for our towns and cities. We can build Ghana bit by bit like they built the Great Wall of China or the pyramids of Egypt. Only our people are stubborn and they do not listen to good advice. You made my day. The Greek general and philosopher, Xenophon, once said that change is the only constant which never changes because it is forever changing. Yes Rome was not built in a day says it all that incremental planning leads to monumental development in the long run.
