Africans will continue to suffer the injustices of their own leaders if they don't find own justice and accountability systems with the credible to do so. Why hasn't Africa after more than six decades of self governance they do not have their own credible court to prosecute cases of war crimes, genocides and similar crimes? Why do we always have to rely or look up to the West for everything?

The ICC didn't prosecute Milosevic or Taylor. That was the ICTY and SCSL.

5 of the African situations were referred by the relevant states themselves. Are they biased against Africa?
