Recent events especially the demonstration in Kumasi show that there are competent capable NPP youth who do not hesitate to do the right thing , strategies and planning on scale almost as perfect as a war effort yet remain humble and real down to earth. These so called elders including Nana Addo underestimated these youth and the brain power they have , maybe its time to give way and allow some of these unknown worthy men /women to come forward and lead. we know many of the youth today have been brainwashed by the NDC propaganda into stupidity so do not see the truth. have you ever asked yourself why is it that when they hear the call WE AKANS they go into a stupefied frenzy of hate ? why is it that Akans are now very cautious of even saying who they are and where they are from , why is it that its only the Akans who believed in the melting pot of Ghana and disregarded their diversities . why is it that today in the ministries most traumatized Akans especially the Fantis and Nzemas will only speak Ga or English yet ewes , northerners and others can freely converse in their mother tongue ? Talk about aggressive tribalism and where its coming from , why is this govt and their minority groups continuously trying to marginalize the Akans and undermine every effort at development since the time of Kotoka . Yes its all about the worst kind of tribalism , hegemony , chauvinism , buga buga , propaganda lies and destructive corruption. We must fight even though we shall be branded mad men , cocaine dealers , drug barons and any other personality or character assassination they can think of . We must not allow them to break our spirit with this deliberate agenda to create poverty , divide and rule , no law or justice for the Akan . We must like it or not seriously consider seceding and forming our own state without these Ewes , Northerners and Gas as that way we leave a legacy and better future for our children . No point in having a country and govt that seems to do well only in making our people miserable and poor , that gives our gold fields to enemies who will never invest a single dollar into our economy but rather do everything to weaken our economies to the point were self reliance is impossible . They do this under the guise of proper business that makes the World bank , IMF and European union happy but we need a Mugabe or Chavez who will look out for the interests of our own people FIRST.

In fact, it pays to look before you leap. To be frank, when Kufuor's government came out with the idea of constructing the Bui Dam, I felt some kind of uneasiness considering the persistent complains of low water-level in the Akosombo Hydro-electric Dam.

I decided to keep my cool because my hope was that the experts have done a due diligent work on the feasibility of the project and have thus advised the government to go ahead with the actual construction work. For the Bui Dam to start experiencing low water-level at this early stage of its construction, clearly shows how our leaders, both present and past have been recklessly misappropriating the nation's hard earned resources.

From the look of things, we need no prophet to tell us that our money has gone down the drain. How can we develop if we continue to mismanage our affairs with such careless abandon? Okoampa-Ahoofe, I think this is a FEATHER IN YOUR CAP for bringing such an issue to the fore. Indeed, it is high time our leaders learned how to manage well the scarce resources entrusted in their care if this country is to see any meaningful development in the foreseeable future.

At the time Nkrumah commissioned the Dam the knowledge base on energy production was limited to oil, coal, hydroelectric and early stages in nuclear energy. Nkrumah did what he did even if ill adviced. Since then we have had Busia and all others with the intelligence that suits Dr. Kwame and the NPP or UP/Danquah-Busia ideologues who could neither think or propose new ideas and ideals. Enough of this nonsense to persistently shuffle Danquah's image to the top of any list of reputable leaders in Ghana and Africa. Your intransigence to refine your bogus, long-held view that Nkrumah's Projects were prestigious, in spite of the current overwhelming evidence to the contrary, does not preclude you from that group of 'brain-dead' leaders.

If it were not for the behind-the-scenes sabotaging efforts of Danquah and his ethnocentric monarchical power claimants who encouraged the West to facilitate Nkrumah's failure, the Loan for the Akosombo Dam would not have been given us at such cut-throat rate.

Your crappy comparison of Ghana under Nkrumah with Singapore under Lee Kuan Yew conveniently fail to acknowledge that Lee, who was a personal friend of Nkrumah's, and shared ideas with him, was no less a dictator than Nkrumah but the West backed him to counter the Chinese interests in the Region.

Lee and similar Western-backed Dictators almost always had time and freedom to pursue their Economic agenda without interference, while the likes of Nkrumah always suffered relentless blackmailing by the West.

I hope the all-knowing Professor would not deny the fact that Economic sabotage has always been a globally confirmed viable tool the West employ against its perceived foes. The CIA has admitted to that.

The above argument, undoubtedly, amply supplies the basis for any suggestion that Nkrumah's Projects could all have successfully propelled Ghana into similar advancement as Singapore attained, had he not been subjected to the evil machinations that your Danquah and his clique of ethnocentric pseudo-aristocrats encouraged the West to thwart his efforts.

The brain-dead leaders you talk about would include your idols who consider the Presidency as some inheritable right they must claim at all cost, even under the contemporary global wave of preference for democratic dispensation.

If you knew any better, why did you not try to dissuade the Kufuor Administration from building the Bui Dam? And if you did, show us the proof. Had Akufo-Addo been the President who directed that Bui Dam be built, you surely wouldn't be mouthing off this much against the Project.

It is this kind of unwarranted, hateful swipes at Kufuor by you hallucinatory Nana's mafia that would cost the NPP dearly at the next Elections. It is unbelievable how much loathing you have for Kufuor that in many of your obssessive Nkrumah bashing-episodes you always find a way to whack at the former's reputation, too. That coy remote association you try to establish between Nkrumah and Kufuor does your credibility more harm than good, as well as deepen the rift between his fans and your Akufo-Addo's.
