You see I don't know what is wrong with Ghanaians. Here we are in the mist of the World Cup, and desperately needing a win to keep our hopes alive. For you not to realize that this isn't the time for this kind of criticism is beyond me. If you have ideas that can help the team beat Germany, come forth with them and stop wasting people's time bashing the coach for his choice of players. There is nothing that can be done about that now! You are smart so I shouldn't tell you this. All the players that are in camp are capable of playing at a high level. They are the best Ghana has to offer and I suggest we give them our full support and hope they come out of this difficult Group. No team in the history of the World Cup has been beaten three consecutive times by the same opponent. The US has improved tremendously and people need to watch out for them. Yes, Kwadwo Asamoah should be deployed in midfield but his replacement is not Jeffrey Schlupp. He was not selected for lack of form. Whoever impresses the coach during training sessions get to start. J.Ayew showed form and connected well with Gyan. Anyway, please stop being a distraction for at least after the world cup. You are the last thing we need. Thank you!

I saw thru him when gh went away to zambia during the wcup qualifier and lost 1nil. We saw how indisciplined Derek boatend was not yet aa still took boateng to afcon 13. We all saw wat happened. Even Astu is good but he have to start from bench and Jordan is not a player to be considered as a national team player,Muntari,Dede,Asamoah,Boateng,Essien,Gyan and Warris, it is better to try Warris than other youngster because of his speed which torment defenders and mostly he does not miss his opportunities at goal. Warris combine well with Gyan.

After the destruction of Egypt most Ghanaians gave him the backing.,
From that moment his job was made well easy. And l tell you how. All he needed to do was read and listen to all sports programmes concerning BS.
After each friendly match, he had to listen or read fan,s comments and note down very important points, comments and suggestions made. This would have done him a lot of good.
And l can bet he could have gotten all the ideas he lacks because many soccer loving fans give very suggestions which can be very useful. Just make time to listen and read Ghana sites only.
After each of our friendlies, the discussions of our weakness are all available. Next friendly same weakness reappear. Oh coach why all these wahala which can be easily solved.Kwesi has really disappointed us.A tram with so much talent.

As for me, I hate people like you who show an element of pride in their attitude, utterances, words, writings, whatever. The note, or is it caution, below your article is unnecessary, because it smacks of pride. How great is this write-up such that it will warrant anyone trying to reproduce, reprint and disseminate this article in part or whole? Write a book, and this nonsense will apply. Everybody is a coach in Ghana, so we have over 20 million coaches here. Only one, certainly can take up the job as a national coach. The many voices, the divergent views and dissenting opinion, from left, right and centre, asking Coach Appiah to do this, and do that, so which one must he be listening to at this juncture? Sometimes it's these loud, irritating noises that inform the many bad decisions that some coaches have taken. So is that what Spanish, German, Brazilian, US coaches and all, go through when their teams fail to win any match? When Black Stars lost to the Netherlands in the friendly, many were the vitriolic comments and utterances that were made, suggesting that Appiah is a bad coach. But when things were smoother in the Ghana-S. Korea encounter, people sang his praise. He was hailed by all. If he has a technical eye to see that he committed a blunder for which the US team beat us, which he has admitted he did, then let's take his word for it, that he will be careful about his selection and game plan the next time around. Ghanaians, we talk too much.

Thousands of Ghanaians pointed their fingers to the white coaches as their worse nightmare. Remember, it was white coaches who brought BS to their first and second world cups consecutively, with incredible performance. Appiah is doing the job you gave him to his fullest potential base upon his ability.

2. Arriving rather later to Brazil, giving no time to adjust and rest..Distraction and poor morale
3. Poor Accommodation arrangements for the team and disorganization upon arrival of the team in Brazil...Distraction and poor morale
4. Poor scouting and opposition research, leading to poor player placement and strategy...even amateur coaches and teams know to put thier best players to start a game, even if you later pull some out for whatever reason...distraction and poor morale
5. Failure to appropriately recognize a crises and change strategy...if your opponent has quickly exploited your weakness, why does one persist and not close the deficit...for whatever made sense to the coach earlier about Essien and Boateng about keeping them out in first half, if you are immediately behind in less time it takes to change a TV channel, you revise the strategy.
