I read the author's part 1 and now part 2. I will say the writer did a good job. The organizers of the event at Christ the King must be ashamed of themselves. I am waiting for part 3.

We often blame J.J. Rawlings, Boakye Djan, Akatapore and the rest for killing General Afrifa, Acheampong, Air Marshall Boakye and the rest of our leaders. However, in retrospect, it was all Ghanaians who committed such heinous crimes. This is not in anyway to exonerate the AFRC group of killers but should we Ghanaians have been bold to stop that nonsense, it would never have happened.
On the other hand, the then students of our universities blindly and cowardly chanted for their heads. Civil servants and people who should have known better sat quietly and cowardly supported thugs and criminals.
May such insane acts of cowardice be every repeated in this nation when a few mad people take the whole nation ransom and demand the heads of our leaders. May it never be repeated.
It is useless to incite the present generation against past criminal acts. but everyone should and would rise against and future insane insurrections.
