Boosting agriculture is the only way to stop the importation of food from other countries such as Togo.Some of us have been saying this all along Nkrumah used the local authorities so every community had a " DEVELOPMENT COMMITTE" . Rawlings started relying on Local Councils . Common sense approach but we have marches for government to do this and do that What are the Chiefs and their elders for and then the local Councils
