Why did the President grant so many of its Ministers permission to go and watch football matches in Brazil when the economy is in tatters? Who paid for their expanses, taxpayers or from their own pockets? We need to know.

This is my earlier message to you.

I know you have made many attempts to put the blame of this fiasco on the doorsteps of the government which I have no problem with it. However, to absolve Appiah from this imbroglio is hard for me to take you seriously. Appiah needs to take responsibility and stop blaming the players for his incompetence.

Our problem did not begin with the Mahama's administration but rather how poorly Appiah managed and maintained the players. He is the most clueless Coach ever I have ever seen on world stages and we had shared some of his mistakes here. So the problem started with Appiah and we must at all cost find the root cause of the problem and deal with it. Muntari slapping the official is as a result his frustration with the whole world cup program. He knew well that after losing to the US, a chance had been blown up by the coach.

I don't want to go about how as a Coach, he did not even know his best 11 players two weeks before our first match in Brazil and used an important friendly match with the Holland to select his final 23 players. What a silly idea. On the first match, you sent first 11 players to the field NOT to win but "TIRE" American players before sending other players to beat them? What sense does this make? Was it a Marathon race or Football game? But you didn't want us to do any quarter-backing, yet you have finally found out the whole problem.

Now talking about financial problem, do you know that as Coach, Appiah is a MANAGER of the players and GFA and Mahama's administration is like EMPLOYER to these people?

1- Firstly, when did Akwasi Appiah renew his contract with the GFA?

2- HAs he been paid by the GFA or Mahama's administration?

3- Did he know whether his players (employees) under him have been paid or not?

If NO, what did he do to assist his players to get their money?

So SARPONG, you see, it is not only on the field that he failed the players and Ghana but also financially, he failed to assist them. Had he been more concerned about the players financially, these players would not have started this mess.

Did you see how BOYE was kissing the dollars? It tells you how these players were thinking about the money while playing. So don't you think as a Coach or Manager, he should have known how they were been affected psychologically for the lack of funds.

I used to support Kwesi Appiah hundred percent because I wanted a local Coach to succed but I started having my doubts about him when he dropped Schlupp from the team instead of Adomah.

This world cup was lost when the deputy Sports Minister politicized the game by making it an Ndc campaign issue. Blackstars is a national team where party politics have no place but Ndc was going to make it a campaign achievement if the Blackstars would have gone far in this tournament and that sapped my interest and support as it did many people.

I don't have a problem with Coach Appiah losing his job for failing to take the team far in this tournament but this is one time Blackstars lost that I didn't lose any sleep over.

The same thing here. Normally, I hardly go under the Sport section but it was how people were taunting Appiah and his willingness to bring back KPB that was why I went there to defend him with constant insults from "POW" and "GHFUOR." So it is not like I hate him, but what I dislike is, when people like him fail to make good use of the opportunity given to him. He had the talents but he blew it.

I still don't want Appiah to lose his job, but for us to move forward, he needs to accept his mistakes. Unfortunately, like I said the other time, I have listened to his numerous nonsensical pep talks and press conferences and it seems he does not know what hit him; he is still in daze or denial.

If GFA wants to maintain him for sentimental reasons, they need to send him to coaching school ASAP, because strategically, he stinks to the highest. He might also need technical assistants we fought so hard against. That should be our primary concern if we really want to rebuild the stars.

After taking care of Appiah's problem, we should then turn our eyes on the officials. Firstly, we should find out who failed to transfer the money to the stars in timely manner? Secondly, how much did it cost the tax payers to send the useless fool-soldiers to Brazil. And thirdly, could we enact some laws on how to assist the players and supporters to join the black stars be it in Africa or elsewhere so that we don't embarrass ourselves again whether NPP or NDC is in power?

The Sports Minister is the leader of the Blackstars contingent to Brazil and if the officials were to be investigated, it will include the world cup planning committee with political appointees.

Fool, were you not the one who said Boateng Gyan the ndc national organizer is a member of the world cup planning committee? These are the officials charged to plan the smooth transition of the team and if investigation is suggested by the President, who do you lonely illiterate fool is going to be investigated? It will not only be the technical team and gfa officials but all those charged to see to the welfare of the team. Mahama did not suggest for trees to be investigated, you illiterate mental midget.

I can assure you nothing significant will come out of it and it'd end with a hush hush, just another white elephant and sadly a waste of scarce financial resources. The findings is a foregone conclusion if only we'd use recent history as our guide. Have you forgotten so soon that Miss Elizabeth Hamah, the fired former Deputy Minister, refused to attend the investigation hearings when she was invited? The committee had to end its sittings without hearing from the principal witness. Did you ever wonder why the head of the investigation committee,a judge, never served the young lady with a subpoena to attend the committee's hearings? If it's not going to be a private investigation then forget it. Forget it if the members of the committee are handpicked by the president. The framers of the 1992 Constitution were mostly men and women handpicked by J .J. Rawlings and they wrote a constitution for Mr Jerry John Rawlings. He who pays the piper calls the tune.
