It seems all you are accusing the minister of is that supporters sent to Brazil weren't able to watch the match, and the circumstances surrounding that has been explained. I would have thought the bigger disgrace this tournament was that of our government humiliating itself by carrying 3 million dollars on a plane to Brazil and that had nothing to do with the minister. That's squarely in the purview of the President and his finance minister. By the way the President did not sack the minister he reassigned him to the position of a minister of state, which by my estimation implies the president has confidence in the performance of the Minister.

It cannot be overemphasised that Brazil is a huge country and therefore the distances from one soccer venue to the other varies, sometimes in 1000km, that alone brings the question to what the minister and his cohorts were doing in Brazil all these while before the start of the tournament only to have come out to say supporters could not be airlifted due to flight/logistic problems. This excuses doesn't sound good in the ears, taking into consideration the fact that all this expenses were budgeted by the minister and the GFA.
Wouldn't it have saved the country millions of dollars of the tax payers money if the supporters were asked to stay home because adequate preparations was not made to airlift them to the various game venues?
Seeing and hearing all these lies, yet you are here trying to defend thievery in brood-day light.
