  It is nbot worth talking about thew National Team " Black Stars" anymore. They have proved ineffective. We need to form a new squad in its place from locally-based players. The patriotism in South American teams; Greece and other European national sides is lacking in the Black Stars.
  Let us keep watching how to play passionate football from the rest of the series to the final match and learn from these.The Nyantakyi's; Kwasi Appiah (in suit and tie on in the first two matches) and the back room staff must all go.

  Hold it! Let's have some common sense here. The appearance fee should have been given to the players before they even left for Brazil!! In the USA the players got their $100,000 before they left here. This is a budget given by FIFA for all players of the 32 countries that qualified for the World Cup. Ghana government has nothing to do with the money except to distribute it to the 23 players that is is!!! There should not be any more talk about this money. As usual, in Ghana, some officials wanted to STEAL it!!! Leave the players alone!! The money is theirs!! ...

  Elvis has been prematurely and tactically reassigned as Minister of Sports to save him from answering questions by the general public and parliament. Ayariga has been brought in to parry the questions by saying--I was not the Sports Minister--. The real culprit Elvis is then left behind laughing around. Mahama did not remove Elvis for nothing chum!

  I read with dismay how everybody is quick in condeming Sule Muntari's behavior. People, this guys are professional players. They play football and gets paid. If we asked of them to play for thier country and they've accepted the offer is it not patrotic enough? Who works here in Ghana doesnt get paid. Even Doctors refused to treat the sick and people die in hundreds here in Ghana. So, if we ask these young men to play for our dear country, it is the responsibility of the officials to treat them good.
