Would you please advise the audience of your purpose in Brazil? Were you not there to seek the interest of the players and the nation? Why then war against a man in uniform who was defending your country?

The underlying fact is that, if you had not haboured any resentment (bitter indignation) toward Muntari, you would have engaged a recourse. What needs to be understood is a toddler quickly learns that a tantrum is a surefire recourse when a polite request for something is met with parental indifference.

We have heard or read what Mr. Armah said to prompt Muntari to get out of his seat to 'challenge' him. Some of us may be idiots, illiterates and uneducated but we were not born yesterday as we say it in our world to believe this lies;

This is my prescription wrote it somewhere for the already diagnosed patients- GFA, Sports Ministry and AA.

I agree with you totally, but AA should accept his mistakes and apologize for it, instead of trying to pin our failures on those 2 player-KPB and Muntari.

For us to move forward, there is a need to know where we went wrong and how all these started. It seems, AA, Nyantakyi and Afranie are not willing to accept their mistakes and that is scary. Because, these 'managers' will continue to do the same thing they did again in the 2018.

1- Since GFA, Sports Ministry and Coach 'employs' these players, they have to make sure that their bank accounts are known the moment they make the call them to the camp.

2- Every money that are meant for the black stars from FIFA should be paid instantly into their accounts without waiting a day or two for them to 'enjoy' the interest.

3-Akwasi Appiah should make sure that every player that he calls to the camp is paid before taking him to the world cup or African cup. That is his responsibility as a Coach/Manager.

4-Friendly matches organized by FIFA are not to be taken lightly as he did. It was stupid to take a friendly match against Netherlands lightly. How on earth could he take that match lightly when the Netherlands were fielding their top players?

5- AA's top 11 players should be known a month ahead of the beginning of any important tournament like AFCON or World Cup. It is silly to keep on trying and testing players for months without any aim.

6- Keep players on position that they are comfortable playing with. How could he put Kwadwo Asamoah at the defense when the player was even against it?

7-Penalties, free and corner kicks should be a drill. Find those who know how to take it and let them constantly and consistently work on them to perfection.

8- AA should be sent to a coaching course to learn some of the basic skills of coaching. He is most of the time clueless on replacements. When you are down and looking for goals, you don't wait till almost 70th mins and then later sent in a defense.

9-Any rules, regulations or laws that are set for black stars should be adhered to by all players and administration. How stupidly could GFA ask the players not to bring their wives and girlfriends to the camp but took their wives along for months. What were they expecting?

10- Supporters allowed to travel with black stars should be organized very well. I saw the Ivorian supporters on the stadium and their dances were even choreographed. The partisan fool soldiers who were sent to the game were not even at the stadium to cheer the black stars, let alone the so called stupid celebrities and ambassadors.

Why is it always him? He likes portraying himself as a thug and tough guy. I like Sulley Muntari always giving his all on the field but he does not represent the country well. I did not see any Player sagging like Muntari on the field from any of the 32 teams and Muntari raised in Konongo, Ashanti region is close to 35 by some people who grew up with him. Only Jordan, the 22 year old sagged with him

Anyhow, let me start from point 1 on your prescription:
1. Agree 100%
2. Agree 100%
3. Agree - I also think AA should ensure that the hotels/accomodation and travel arrangements are all world class. There is no reason why Black Stars players should travel Economy, especially if officials are flying Business. A private jet should be hired to transport the national team, just like the other countries do. This Jet should carry just the players and coaching staff, no officials. It is up to AA to demand these for his players, but he cannot fulfil it on his own, he will need the GFA to help out. So for your number 3, I agree, but not 100% as I do not think it is fully the responsibility of the coach to arrange player salaries in a correctly working set-up.

4. Disagree: Friendlies can be used to unearth new talent. How else would you expect the younger/newer players to gain match experience. We need a constant flow of new talent......we cant play Muntari, Essien, KPB, Dede and Gyan at EVERY friendly. We already know what these players can do and we already know that they will start our games, so lets use the non-competitive games to find out those who are going to fill the boots of the guys mentioned above.
5. 50-50: Some coaches like to announce their squad and others play their cards close to their chest. Its just coaching preference. If you prefer it one way, doesnt mean that is the right way. Someone else may prefer it the other way..........having said that, starting with Kwarasey and then switching to Dauda shows he did not know who was the better keeper, so you have a point and thats why I agree 50-50

6. Disagree: If you ask people where they want to play, they will all say striker. Who then should play defence? If the player is not comfortable in the new role, then dont play him there. But Kwadwo Asamoah was very comfortable in defence, and therefore the coach assessed it and felt the best team would be the one with KA in defence. If Asamoah had not been there, our defence would have been more shaky....To his credit, Asamoah was 100% professional, and played well in the position he was put. This makes him versatile and actually increases his value to the team. Well done to Asamoah for that!
8. This is just a personal attack by you on AA, so Im not going to comment.
9. It depends - it depends on who makes the rules. If it is the coach (i.e. AA) saying the players should not bring their wives, then he cannot control the GFA officials, but he (the coach) must also leave his wife.
If it is the GFA officials saying "no wives", then they should also leave their wives.
10. The Ivorian supporters was an initiative of the Ivorian Women, and not the Ivorian FA or Government. I watched a program on TV. The women have formed their association (supported also by Drogba's mum (Sarpong, it doesnt have to be mom)), and they practice their dances etc......Its a private initiative, so if we want that as Ghanaians, we should do something about it rather than sit and blame the government.

Conclusion - good post, but somewhat spoilt by the over emphasis on AA.

You should gear your energy and resources emphasizing the root cause of the whole foolishness. I call it foolishness because the situation was avoidable. You don't need to write any details about which player did what. The emphasis should be, what caused the player to do what? The GFA did not do their home work at all and took the players for granted, like business as usual. Like someone wrote yesterday, fortunately we have a new breed of Ghanaians who wouldn't settle for that corrupt practices and irresponsibility. I saw this same quote from another contributer yesterday. This is the same like water under the bridge but you are forgetting one important thing we learn from our mistakes.

I am not a Journalist, I just like to write and have a discourse, but a good Journalist report what is happening and not taking sides . People who also fails to learn from their mistakes and history continue to make the same mistakes. History importance is for us to learn from it so telling me to forget about what happened in Brazil and move on is not agood aadvice. I was told the same thing when I wrote articles in 2010 of what happened in South Africa and called for investigation into its financial malfeasance.

Now I am being told to leave it alone and we will have the same problems again in Russia in 2018 because people are not facing reality.

He told the Coach in camp that he doesn't like playing the three position but when the Coach told him he is the best number 3 guy in camp and he needs him, for the good of the team, KASA accepted the assignment.

The number 10 Jersey could have caused a controversy or a bad blood between KASA and Dede if KASA was a hot head. KASA was in Blackstars before Dede and he used to wear the number 10 jersey. Dede came to Blackstars and subtly demanded the number 10 jersey because he said he wanted to wear the same number his father did when he played for Blackstars. KASA gave it to him and said numbers don't play soccer. So you think KASA should have refused to hand it over?

I know I will not have given it up and maybe you too but that would have been Abedi Pele and Tony Yeboah all over again and you know the two are our best players and you don't want them to be at loggerheads.

KASA talks in camp and he was one of the leaders in camp that went and complained against the three Amigos special treatment but if you want KASA to come and complain publicly about his concerns of the team in public, that is not his style and that is why he is respected in camp.

Maxwell - we all support the players right to get their money, but there is no reason for physical violence. What Muntari did was wrong, and people should stop supporting him. By all means, argue and make your point, but why do you have to go and slap somebody else? violence begets violence, and if you slap someone, expect to get some retaliation. Is this what you want in camp maxwell? You support Muntari now because it was a GFA official, but next time if there is a disagreement between 2 players, should they start slapping each other?

Even when his father died, he chose to play for Ghana. Had he not played in that match in Kumasi against the Zambians we would not even have qualified for the Brazil world cup. Zambia nearly defeated us. But thank God Essien came and held the midfield to save us from defeat.

Giving excuses like the players did that and blah blah is nothing to anybody. The coach and the management teams are responsibly for making sure that players dont bring their own doctors and shit. The coach/management should have just said - sorry we dont accept that, you either go with our doctor or you leave. But the management officials said nothing and more things started happening and now you are blaming the players?!! They should take responsibility for discipline in camp. We all know these players would want things like that, so it was only up to the management to control them...after all Balotelli is controlled. My only problem was Muntari's attack but apart from that, I blame the coach\management team. They allowed the so call indiscipline in the camp.

Who are the managers of Team Black Stars? They've slept too long on the job and need to be fired. We can no longer tolerate and pay them for gross mismanagement of the team and continue to endure failure and, suffer international shame and ridicule.
In team sports, professional athletes often have curfews and other restrictions on what they can and can't do. They just can't leave the job at the office like workers in other jobs can. The BS players are all professionals and if the management chooses to treat them as amateurs, and, on occasion, allow them to flout professional ethics and standards then the blame must be laid in front of the management's door. That's where the buck stops.
This gross dereliction of duties, the unprofessional misconduct by the BS management has gone on for several years. All that went wrong in Brazil is the culminant effect of many years of doing the wrong things. As a nation we've become like addicted gamblers, habituated to doing the same old things in the same old wrong ways and hoping somehow we'd get it right. When teams in the progressive world are strategizing on a drawing board and executing on the playing field we still juju will see us through.
Players adhere to professional ethics and standards in the various professional clubs they join because the managers are also professionals who allow no deviation but maintain strict adherence to laid down standards. There's no bending of the rules at anytime as we're wont to do.
When players religiously follow the rules then the management must also fulfill their part of the bargain including paying the professional athletes their due on time. No excuses because professionals know how to handle money and accounts with much strictness and carefulness. Professionals see situations and they handle what they see. We can only be successful in team sports if we hire managers who have a professional viewpoint and make themself because they are also professionals.
As for Moses Armah Parker the least said about him the better. As the owner or manager of Medeama Stars he should not have been involved in that fighting incident.Was he not behaving like a street thug when he said "if you are a gangster I'll show you that I'm more gangster than you"? Does he understand who a gangster is? My goodness! Players are managed and as a member of the management/welfare team he should never have allowed himself, under no circumstances, to be drawn into a brawl with a footballer. He needs to be sanctioned and never be allowed to come near a football club again, amateur or professional. Football is not a pugilistic sport.

Blame the coach who made promises to KPB to come back to the Black Stars only to bench him. Be honest to yourself: were you happy with Coach Appiah's starting-line against USA? Why did Appiah say after the US defeat that he reserved the best for the Germany match? Does it make sense? Is he not the cause of our woes? Was getting 3 points from the US match NOT as important as from the Germany match? Were you happy with the substitutions Coach Appiah made in the US and Germany matches? While most coaches turned things around positively for their teams with substitutions, Appiah went the other way. Coach Appiah is to be blamed, not Muntari, Essien or KPB. I will not even blame Opare , John Boye, Jordan or Dauda, whose mistakes caused us dearly in the games. I will blame the Project Manager, Coach Kwesi Appiah who did not do his work well.

We lost the USA game due to the early goal allowed by our team which unsettled them.

We started KPB on our match with Germany and for the whole 50 minutes he was in the game, he didn't tackle or touch the ball more than five times. Kpb was useless and one of the main reason we performed absymally.

The hotel there were going to lodge their catering etc. Members of the magement team including the Trainer fiew to Brazil to inspect everthing and where changes has to be made it was than before the team got there.That is why they have olayed to the finals.
Let us all accept that if our players were treated proffessionally they would have done very well because we had the potentials to do it.
There is no smoke without fire because in my opinion if they were treated right there wouldn't have been any fights.How can the players sitting in the economy class and K. Nyantakyi and his family in the first class this only in Ghana. How long are we going to entertain this selfish desires from the FA Boss and the Management Team.
I am also surprise with our coach because he was a player for the National team and he knows every player who is satisfied will play over his limit.He should fight for the players and for the FA, because Muntari & K.P. Boateng are very good players.
