  Article 35(7) stipulates that: “As far as practicable, a government shall continue and execute projects and programmes commenced by the previous Governments”.
  This article simply propagates corruption and irrelevant ideologies. If there is a change in government, it is because the programmes they have initiated are irrelevant. This article highlights the position of a dictator who leaves no room for deliberation. The "obtain loan and become CEO policy" that was began by that administration has become the new way of life, and people continue to obtain loans with strings attached just to further their own selfish ends without regard to tradition or relevance. Your dialogue should center around policies that promote human dignity, such as self determination. They never fail.

We have had demonstartions about government not developing certain regions We should be demonstrating against the private sector for not delivering and the so called intellectula being buffoons
