  This disclosure of fake teachers dismissed in Goaso should not come as a surprise. This fraud has been going on for some time now. In some cases, some of the authorities even help these 'unqualified' teachers cheat the system ...

  This disclosure of fake teachers dismissed in Goaso should not come as a surprise. This fraud has been going on for some time now. In some cases, some of the authorities even help these 'unqualified' teachers cheat the system. The question is: how difficult, for the purpose of authentication, for the GES to verify the certificates and documents of all applicants before being employed? This fraud has been going on partly because of GES's failure to carry out stringent verification of applicants certificates and documents.
  
  Unfortunately, this "fraud by false representation" is not limited to the teaching profession alone. This fraud exists across the country's public and civil service.
