  The US Democratic Party has a database of exuberant youthful volunteers they resource and finance at the opportune moment to campaign door to door for the party's specific needs. The NPP can do the same in Ghana. What however is more urgent is putting the country back on track and pursuing economic policies that would make the nation competitive on the gobal stage. This is what we want to hear from your transformational leadership. How is Alan going to stop the bleeding and make Ghana attractive for investment from both local and foreign entrepreneurial sources that will lead to massive job creation ? How is Alan the transformational leader going to tackle head-on the entrenched and institutionalized corruption which has paralyzed the nation? How is he going to govern the affairs of the nation that will make him the president for every Ghanaian but not just for party members who are closest to the presidency? Transformational leadership means doing things differently from the "business as usual" attitude that has landed us where we are today. Alan, the people are ready to listen so do please give us the details of what your transformational leadership is all about. People will not turn their backs on you if you can demonstrate to them how you intend to lead them to peace, stability and prosperity. They won't reject you because you're Alan or because you're an NPP leader. People just want to live well.
