  Ghanaians living abroad have the right to vote by virtue on the ROPAA 2006. We will exercise our rights in 2016 whether the EC likes it or not. The EC has a hidden agenda. The EC has become an albatross round our necks. The Chair must go now. He continues to impede progress.
  
  He claims that he does not have the resources, yet he found the resources to register and allow 241,000 Ghanaians resident abroad to vote? He found the resources to register and for prisoners to vote in 2012.
  
  Ghanaians living abroad contribute over $6 billion towards the economy. The remittances generate much needed for the Govt. & those living in Ghana.
  
  The hypocritical stance of them and us has to stop now. We no go sit down, make them cheat us every day.
