This article is commendable.The concept of offering a certificate in a specific area of study is a good one. But it will be difficult to change the system in most countries; it will encounter lots of challenges. Every country has its own educational system; it just turns out we in Africa have in some way adopted either the system in Europe or America. And this is truly the case so we can link with developments and research in the developed countries; thus our African graduate students do not get completely lost when they travel to Europe or America to continue their studies. I believe even South Africa's system which is a good one, is a modified European system of education Shall we start with Ghana and see how well we can implement the suggested system?
