  They are lazy and corrupt workers,they should be given termination letters straight after the strike action.Where on earth will you see people sleeping on duty and showing total disrespect to clients,gross negligent,unprofessional attitude and corruption.They must improve their work ethic before asking for more money.Every public office has become a goldmine for the employees and their big belly managers.All these workers own their homes outright,without mortgage,how did the do it?They finance multiple wives and girl friends with children,where does the money come from.Yes,the government is blocking all those corrupt channels,the easy money is no more flowing.How else would you go to the pub everyday after work with your chicks,go home late and disturb your slave wife,if not of corruption,time is up.

  Responsibility goes both ways. When workers are paid a living wage and promptly then workers are obliged to work full 8 hours for 8 hours of pay, no tardiness, no sleeping on the job, etc. I know that a lot of man hours are lost each day which loss is preventable. What's preventing management from implementing a clock in, clock out system in Ghana? Both workers and management will come out winners since both are obligated to honor their part of the bargain.
