It was Victoria HAMMAH and not Mahama. Of course these days it is fashionable in Ghana to simply insult the President. I am no NDC or NPP but this behaviour is both infantile and counter productive.
  And remember there is no free lunch anywhere. When you see someone behaving in a noble way, ask yourself who is paying their bills. Where do you think Nana Addo got his wealth from? Or where do you think even Dr. Otabil is getting his wealth from?
  So go learn to write and study the history and basic economics of survival.

John Mahama is the president of this country, rightfully or wrongfully, he has messed Ghana up. There is nowhere the writer insulted John Mahama and if he made a genuine mistake of writing Victoria Mahama instead of Hama he can't be chastised for it. Look at the substance of this article and judge it objectively, not through the lens of corrupt politicians. What have Otabil and Akufo Addo got to do with this issue at all? So stop exhibiting your impishness Mr ignoramus, you will only be showing off your visionless traits.

  The almighty GOD is really angry. Ministers who are educated to help their people in their villages and communities are now using their educational prowess to cheat the nation and steal from their own People. It is sad to see to my People go through
  such ordeal. there is no sense of remorse in their Hearts, greediness has filled their minds. Wisdom has fled from them and they are all behaving like senseless human beings. NO CHECKS AND BALANCES so they have the authority to misuse Gov't funds and go free. Lastly my brother, yes it is true that this Old FOOLS are running around with young Girls who are their Daughters nieces and defiling them against their Will, it is a curse on the Nation.

He should have come out with something explosive and delved into areas some of us will never think of! Jaguar, your comments far outweigh what this time waster has put out there. Such write ups are to open our minds and eyes. I wish someone will one day come out with the corrupt activities of some foreign leaders that will dwarf what ours are doing.
  
  When the serious fraud office of the UK were investigating some shady Saudi arms deal, the government of Tony Blair asked them to back off, which they did! No kickbacks for any politicians over there. When the Iron Lady's son Mark was implicated in a failed coup attempt in an African country, what punishment was meted out to him? A slap at the back of his hand in the form of a small fine! Their BBC is quick to bring out issues like airlifting money to Brazil. Some of us also know what dirty businesses their leaders are involved in. Do you know under which circumstances those full body scanners were installed at airports all over the world including Ghana? One American politician is a director of the company that develops and manufacture the body scanners which emit so much radiation. A lot of those officers sitting close to those machines have cancer! On a trip to Tamale, I was scared going through the scanner. I heaved the biggest sigh of relief when I discovered the machine was faulty. I wish it could stay that way forever. Have a nice day.

  Nana Kwaku, this guy is not a time waster. Really, corruption is at its highest here and besides, these are the realities on the ground. He has nothing to do with the BBC and others but from the little I have heard about him, he is second generation Ghanaian born at Amokom. I have heard him on a number of occasions and he is fearless in saying his point of view. All the same, corruption is rife everywhere but you cannot draw comparisons with othe Nations. We are talking about Ghana, here, and that is what is important. Besides, from what I gathered, this does not seem to be a partisan write up one bit except that he deems some policies are appropriate and that is his opinion. So let's appreciate people who raise awareness and tread grounds we shudder to even approach. People like him put their lives on the line to pinch our governments to sit up. I thank you Mr writer for this beautiful piece. GOD save you.

  Kwame, we need a different approach to make them sit up. Could you recall western governments making statements that any democratic African country that is overthrown through a coup will be sanctioned? They made it clear that they will not recognize any military push into leadership. This I can tell you has made our politicians swollen headed and above all not scared if they mess the country up. Check out their hypocrisy in Libya. That's why I brought in the BBC and Tony Blair.

  CASCA, my point is that this is nothing new here. It's like the term African leaders being repeated by ourselves over and over again. What I have noticed which is new is that Ghanaians are now reading into the rot both NDC and NPP have piled on this country. It shows that Ghanaians are becoming wide awake. Am sorry to involve political parties here but that is one reality Ghanaians are coming to terms with.
  
  We are aware politicians have been milking us dry for ages and so many of such publications, comments, write ups, etc have been heaped on us, thinking that the politicians will see some shame in it and repent. CASCA, I think we need a new approach to make them sit up before they tamper with some military guy's finances which will trigger something terrible or horrible. We have heard the same politicians from the opposition calling for a return of june 4th, etc. One even said he had missed june 4th, as if he is prepared to face it when it really comes. Ok, I'm trying to be nice so what next? Do we keep writing and commenting on the same thing that will yield nothing? CASCA, thanks and over to you.

It is quite impressive the way this piece was articulated but the curse is more in those who do not see anything wrong with the obnoxious corruption that has retarded our dear nation. Ghana, with all her riches and Ghanaians are suffering? The road networks smack of heinous atrocities against the people with carnage as a result everywhere.
