It is the government that provides the necessities. Look Omanhene can charge the government work on development. He does not have to provide everything.

NANA ADDO, please distance yourself from this guy Adofo Rockson because he does not represent nor reflect your values; meaning cannot accept the fact that where there is competition, there is always the victorious and the vanguished.
  Rockson, pls take a clue from Nana Addo and accept the fact that Nana Serwaa Amponsaah has given to Kumawuman our hearts' desire in the person of DR YAW SARFO of Ankaase Royal Family as our Omanhene and will forever be grateful to her for not succumbing to pressure from Joe Fry, Kusi, Duffour, Edusei, Nti Kwaakye and their Ananangya/Odumase group - these are the ungrateful folks from Essumja who took the royalty from Nananom APEMSOFO) with force, after the later have saved their skin from the wrath of Essumjahene Nana Kankanko.
  For the records: ALL DEVELOPMENTS in Kumawuman happened under the leadership of ANKAASE ROYALTY - schools, roads, water, electricity and clinic. We the citizens of Kumawuman count ourselves blessed to have DR YAW SARFO as our OMANHENE-ELECT. We shall overcome. KUMAWUMAN NKWASO!!!!
