In spite of the NDC mess now, Nana/Bawumia ticket won't do it for NPP. NPP's best bet to win the 2016 is Alan/Bawumia ticket.

Excellent and humorous article although hardly music to the fanatical supporters of Nana Akuffo Addo. NPP ignores this timely advice at its own peril. Our own precious Nana is simply not marketable. He has proven this fact consistently over the past several years. Of course foolish folk within the NPP camp will react to these comments by lashing out furiously at anybody who dares to suggest that their darling Nana is not a candidate capable of winning the presidency. The other cause for concern is the fact that a third time defeated Nana may well throw all restraint to the winds and decide to stir up trouble in the hope that it could lead to a power sharing arrangement or even better still civil unrest leading to an undemocratic removal of the NDC. There is clearly more than one reason why Nana should not be allowed to lead the NPP into the next election.

The silent majority of Ghanaians from the ten(10) regions of Ghana will decide in 2016. EMPTY BARRELS MAKE THE MOST NOISE. What noise did the NPP not make in 2008 and 2012 but when the chips were down they lost the elections? Ghanaians have wised up.

Such ethnocentric and uncivilized statements coming from supposedly the NPP frontrunner,will undoubtedly sink that old head's quest for the presidency again in 2016. Akufo-Addo(in a few years he will be 75;already he has lost all his teeth and uses dentures;and he has heart and prostate problems which pose a serious health threat to him),also carries damning baggage - smoking pot and sniffing coke?,fondling a married woman's breasts,urinating on a mosque and preaching the discredited,bogus and terroristic DANQUAH-BUSIA-TULA TRADITION.

NPP can start shedding its primitive tribal image by electing a more cosmopolitan and enlightened candidate (not Ken "Kill all Ewes and Gas"Agyapong),like Cash or Bawumia for 2016.

By the way,NDC should be happy that Ahoofe and Adofo are giving them free and great boost for their potential victory in the coming presidential and parliamentary elections.

O Alan if you say Nana has lost elections twice and so should not run again,what about yourself who has been trounced twice for party nomination and yet want to run again.In 2008 when Kuffour was in power and wanted to impose you on the party, you still lost,and only withdrew to save yourself from being trounced,after which you insisted on being Nanas running mate on an all Akan ticket. Tufiakwa.You will never win NPP ticket. The earlier Kuffour and his minions like Mpiani and co get it into their heads,that the only way for NPPs success is to back Nana fully,the better for the party.Alan is a creation of Kuffour who has never forgiven Nana for running against him in the 98 primaries and must tame him otherwise he will take a third bashing which will reduce him to a nobody in the party.1st attempt less than 40%,2nd less than 20% so expect under 10% this time,if he does not throw in the towel.Sikena
