  One would have thought a PHD must be broad minded as to not exhibit such crass ignorance like the decision of the SC can be reviewed.Both in law and interpretation the sc could be asked to relook at its decision if a genuine flaw is detected in the ruling.In short the sc can review its own decision and this a common place.
  
  Even in this case the sc had already ruled in this same case that since there is a case pending in the lower court it could not make any ruling on this case until then.
  
  Since you like to take every advantage to denigrate the president mostly because of his tribe it is time to tell you that you can not unlace President Mahama's shoes.He hob nobs with the rich and famous like Obama and other head of states so you are like a pigmy before him.
