Your reasoning defies logic. Only when you are satisfied with their ruling would you recognize their competence! The Court is not there to satisfy your political leaning or wishes. The Supreme Court is not perfect. Indeed no Supreme Court in the world is! But ours cannot be what you pretend for it to be. If you take time to read case law including the election case, you will have no basis to throw mud at the apex court in Ghana, mud which should rather be directed at you and your likes who we're charged with contempt for sanity and rule of law to prevail in mother Ghana.Please give the SC a break and rather cleanse your redeemable pseudo-intellectual analysis.

Adofo, you've tried your best to earn the graces of someone with authority within the offices of Ghana's NPP but trying hard is not same as buffoonery neither does anyone outside your "kokoase" mental set interested in your elementary conclusions.
Supreme Court of most civilized industrial nations, no matter how politicized its membership makeup, do not allow itself to be drawn into issues of legal foundations unless there is a need for affirmations or clarification. This SC under Ms. Georgina Woods have failed on both accounts by rendering an opinion on a case that is coming through Ghana's own appellate process. If you call that image boosting then I feel sorry for those receiving goods and or services from what it is you do. Why should you know that rules, practices and procedures matter in civil communities, Adofo? Because without rules and best practices there is bound to be chaos. So like him or hate Alfred Woyome , his case peeled off the scab behind which the Kufour administration skirted existing practices and procedures governing Ghana's open bid government procurement system; it exposed how our government pick and make losers out of winners of our system. The SC action only confirms by belief that no one, and I mean no one, rich in Ghana's business community can say they acquiired their money and assets the old fashion way through hardwork, honesty fairly and with integrity. When we nornalize rigging a process by occupant of the office of the president and punish by refusing to reward work because of failure of government officials you do harm to honesty and trust.
