Are you the only persons with chiefs that belong to either of these two strong parties? Your adopted tradition now means that the tenure of chiefs is tied to ruling parties such that each royal gate follows religiously one party. And the said gate controls everything when its party wins. Why?
People like you, Farouk, are those causing the troubles. Our 'illiterate parents, the real traditionalists, are peaceful people. They have, they know and they respect the well-established traditional ways of resolving disputes. You the educated are those who take the issues to your courts, national house of chiefs etc to manipulate things in this confused manner.
Blame yourself. President JM is a Gonja and his business is to get votes and be his president. You know your traditions; you must cherish them and only you must resist any attempt by any govt to change them. But if you choose to allow yourself to fooled to easily into killing your own brothers, what do you expect Ghanaians to do?

This is perhaps never happened in the history of Nanung and it was carried out by a few stupid and immoral Nanumba people. Again dont blame A.B.A fuseini for the stupidity of your own people. Everyone knows that your family people have been arrested and they are perhaps part of those stupid Nanumbas who could not see the magnitude of murdering a rival chief. People like your fathers,uncles, and borthers with all their education and experiences failed to advise these people not to kill another contestant. This is where the stupidity of your faction of the Nanumba chieftaincy conflict becomes evident. They failed to realise that the refusal to bury Naa Salifu Dawuni was leading to no peace but that killing Naa Andani Dasana was going to create more serious problems. So your short-sightedness has landed all of Nanung state into an abyss, with no end in sight for peace.Pity!
Note: sources reveal that Salifu Dawuni was very immoral person in his youthful years, cheating people everywhere. And that is why no one really wanted him to be chief, but those Nanumbas who hated peace insisted on making him a chief. Yes Dawuni was a Gbugma yili person but his relation to that gate was a maternal relation. It was it late Naa Andani's father Dasana who promoted Dawuni (late Salifu Dawuni's father) to Lipuhi as Lipuhi Naa. Now It was this same Dasana who saved Salifu Dawuni from going to prison when a he salifu dawuni was dragedto court by a zambarima man for fraud. Dasana had to pay the money for himto be released. Chieftaincy is a major contributor to Africa's backwardness and lack of progress since the later part of the 20th Century.Too much time,resources and blood are wasted on this antiquated,useless,corrupt and parasitic institution.It provokes intra-tribal and inter-tribal conflicts not only in Ghana,but the whole of Africa.It has caused the deaths of millions of Africans since independence - with its ethnocentric view of the world.
To move forward,perhaps we need a BOLD politician like Kemal Atartuk(Founder of modern Turkey)or Jawaharlal Nehru(of India),who abolished the Caliphate and the Maharaja respectively.Politicians in Ghana - including those ruling and in opposition - are cowards and have no vision for the future,without the parasitic chieftaincy institution on board.Perhaps,we need a DEMOCRATIC Mengistu Mariam to do the job for us and move Ghana into a progressive and meritocratic society for generations to come.
