To replace a normal T-Roll in emergency cases, one can buy Daily Post Newspapers and use it as a toilet paper because at least it is soft and contains more pages filled with nonsense and bogus Pictures about NDC.

Say that again. Why should Joe Ghartey not be punished if in the end, his committing Ghana to a contract ends in Ghana paying 12 million dollars to a british firm? Think of what Ghana can do with that amount

If Ghartey was wrong, why do we have to wait for an American to point it out to us, unless that American was involved in the case somehow?

Nevertheless, if there is, however, such a Constitutional requirement for all Government contracts to be pre-approved by the Parliament, then many major projects previous Administrations signed off for operations without Parliament's approval would be rendered null and void.

Has the current Administration's contract with some Moroccans to build houses for us in Ghana been approved by the Parliament? How about the many contracts with various Oil Companies?

Government officials doing their work with delicate calls to make must not be tared with threats of criminality otherwise decision making would grind to a halt.

I however I agree with you that the emphasis must be on due processes to meet the requirement of the constitution.

Courts everywhere in civilized nations do their best not to be overridden by other courts and try their darn best to learn from their own past mistakes. Is learning from past mistakes a concept far beyond the mental capacity of the men and women on Ghana's SC? Have they not read any of the rulings that have come out of the courts of arbitration in each of the cases Ghana's government have been on the losing end? Even a politically driven court under Ms Georgina Woods must realize there is shame in being a loser in political games.

I am a-die hard NDC sympathizer but I've crossed carpet to NPP because some of the leading members have disgraced party.

What even surprised me was that all the judgement debts were paid when the current President and his vice were members of the Economic Management Team by then the Mills Administration.

Ghanaians please WAKE UP.

How can some one whom one can see can't read and i don't think he has ever read anything after he left school because he never make sense anytime he speakes or just plays the CLOWN and for that matter a FOOL.
It is a ptiy; in our society we even have people who have PH.DS but dose not make sense when they speake what about this Kennedy Agyapong.
we all know those who take him serious are like him in the first place because they talk before they think as we see in many cases in our county.
If people read and know the trend in this world we are living, people will always think before they talk, but it is just a pity that in our society where we have people who have PH.Ds but can't make sense, i am sorry but that is the truth.
