  Our health delivery system is the best in the world. This should make you happy. You don't live in the real world else you'll appreciate the writer's fears, concerns and lamentations. Make no mistake. America has its own challenges but it is light years ahead of Ghana in terms of development. I'm not sure you know or understand what you're talking about.
