When did you become aware that the 38 parliamentary challenges were mere cosmetic exercises to justify the petition? This was because had NPP not challenged those seats, then it would have been clear that their petition was weak (though one could say that the electorate might have voted skirt and blouse).

Katakyie, my concern is that you are trying to portray yourself as a victim but to be honest, you were part of the grand scheme to fool Ghanaians that the elections were rigged. Of course, we all saw the errors and omissions by the EC and weaknesses within the Electoral Management and Administration at the Supreme Court and therefore the petition was useful. But apart from that, some of use knew that apart from securing the presidency through the back door, perhaps, the other main objective was a third chance for Nana Akufo-Addo, which he will achieve.

One must be a kid to believe that had Nana Akufo-Addo accepted defeat in 2012 without challenging the results, for him to remain relevant for another year and to divert attention from the bitter defeat and the failures of his team, he would have had a third chance. In the same way Nana Akufo-Addo outwitted you guys, he will do so again to secure the flagbearership easily.

You didn't have to resort to insults and intimidation. Such is why Nana may lose again at the General Elections even if he wins the Primaries.

Your primitive, crude, offensive way of repelling Okatakyie's appeal with insults would not only antagonize his side to the point that they would not vote for Nana at the General Elections but also deepen the fear of the minorities to see Nana as President. These insults could only alienate more potential voters from Nana, and reduce the very core votes that NPP could have secured from its stronghold.

Then, the crass bigotry that Nana has been associated with, since his "Yen Akanfuor de.." comments scaring minority ethnic groups away from the NPP, would also take its toll. And when he loses the General Election, who then would you blame? Afari Gyan?

It is very strange that folks like you in the NPP would be expecting the Party to win overwhelmingly in the next General Elections, even as you antagonize more and more of the Electorate. Whose votes are you going to rely on to add to the core votes of NPP's to secure the win?

How would you expect that the very folks you insult and antagonize vote for you and your candidates? That is unimaginably incredulous! Look, Ayele, Intimidation does not win votes. Disrespect does not win votes. Blatant, unwarranted antagonism does not win votes.

If you guys keep towing the same treacherous line, you should rest assured that Nana Addo would lose again at the General Elections even if he wins the NPP primaries, despite the grim Economic situation in the Country. Nana would have score "Ayele" for 3 huge points,( three consecutive losses) in defeat.

People silently do not compromise on their fundamental humanity that you and your ilk keep trampling upon. And they would show their real feeling and thoughts on your attitude when the time comes and at the Polls. Right now, they know if they voice out their concerns, your loud mouths and sharp tongues would be lashing at them. So, they would rather keep quiet and that might deceive you into thinking Nana is predominantly accepted until the votes come out to show how displeased these folks have been with him and your kind.

If you do not like Okatakyie's pitch for Alan, just state so and possibly support your stand with sensible reasons. Do not insult him and others that think as he does, on the choice for the NPP flagbearer. This is a free advice to you worth considering, else be prepared for another shock in 2016.

Would you not acknowledge that anyone who supports either of the other NPP Presidential aspirants besides Alan and Nana would not be supporting Nana at the Party's Primaries?

Why would you then claim that Sammy is Alan's supporter without any further proof than the former's use of the word 'WASTE' to describe Nana's drive?

If any of the supporters of the other 5 NPP aspirants resort to insulting Nana, would that automatically be claimed to have come from Alan'a camp? I cannot believe this! Anyway, revise your own approach to court the votes for Nana, or you would sink him deeper with the insults.

If you want to find out why the new executives were able to vote out the old executives. First, the delegates felt that Nana won the election but the executives were not able to protect the votes and so they should give way to other people to help Nana to win. Secondly, almost all the executives including Agyapong and Paul Afoko promised the delegates that if they voted for them, they will ensure that Nana becomes the president. It is therefore surprising that after winning, they were planning to cut out Nana from the primaries but God has intervened. Lastly, promised before the election that he would provide pick ups each to all the 275 constituencies within 3 months of coming into power. It is 4 months after the election and he has not fulfilled the promise let alone to tell Ghanaians why he has failed to provide the vehicles. I for one am not surprised because this is the mark of Alan and his supporters and people like this writer, Opoku.
