They are now registering minors and foreigners in their strongholds of the three Northern regions and Volta region whilst causing problems in Ashanti region to reduce the the number of people from registering.
Their vote buying is in full swing. The gas cylinder and Halogen lamps they are supposedly giving to poor people have been done in toss up constituencies where they won and came close to winning which they are going to cash in in 2016.

And that thing is simply that certain elements in Ghana have used their connections in both the NDC and NPP to trade in Drugs. The extent to which the hierarchy of each Party was involved in the illicit Drug trade is yet to be shown. But we all cannot run away from the truth that the various Administrations did not do enough to close their doors to such crooked elements.
From the Benneh saga to Amoateng, from the Rojo Nunoo story to that of one Raymond Amankwaah, believed to have some connections to Nana Akufo-Addo, from the shipload of lost confiscated Cocaine that led to the suspicion of Assitant Police Commissioner Boakye to the Cocaine turned into Baking Powder while under the auspices of that high-placed Lady Police Officer, DSP Gifty Tehoda, we could go on, and on, to trace the entanglements around both the NDC and NPP.
What is important though is whether or not the various partisan Administrations do have any hidden agenda to fund their operations via such clandestine criminal enterprise.
It seems to me that to many of our Forumers, whenever someone mentions or criticizes a malfeasance that supposedly implicates another with some affiliation to one Party, that narrator or commentator automatically is seen as belonging to the opposite side. So, we keep dancing around this misuse of Governmental privilege that may have been extended to certain Citizens, possibly for benign but not necessarily legal reasons.
The fact that many of these culprits may not have been members of the Governments in Power at the time of the crime suggests that their access to Diplomatic privileges that they used to shield their crimes was via the practice of pure Nepotism.
Even in the case of Benneh and Amoateng, no one can specifically pin their crimes on the respective Parties or Governments they were Part of. We see no direct link between the culprits' criminal activities and the functioning of the Parties, other than that these criminals might have contributed to the Parties or served in the Governments. Criminals seek close association with Government Officials to get such easy cover for their crimes.
I think it is just a simple fact that the Culprits selfishly used the institutional prominence of the Parties and Governments as cover to enrich themselves.
So, let us leave the mutual accusation of the various Institutions out, and deal with the mechanisms that facilitate or entice these criminals to such a huge risk.
Could we, say, seal the loopholes of rampant nepotism that offers Diplomatic Passports to undeserved; do we probe potential Officials of Government enough to be able to avoid hiring a potential criminal to esteemed National positions?; etc.
What I would rather not have the Parties or Governments do is somehow brush any such criminal behavior by their members or cronies under the carpet, but duly chastize or even punish the culprits, if they were not already punished. It is all in how we let our Laws work fairly.
If Amoateng has served his time in the USA and our Laws deem that as enough, let him go home in Peace to his agonizing family. If some Laws on our Books require that he be dealt with in any other way and in addition to the punishment he received abroad, let the Authorities explain those Laws to us abundantly clear to obviate any appearances of sheer Political eye-poking, or double-jeopardy.
