As far as who will enforce it, it will not need any enforcement by any institution like BNI. If the deities are as powerful ad we think they are, they will enforce it with their spiritual powers.

Sarpon's despair for trying to be a good writer has finally reached what I called a "Kierkegaardian Despair".

A lot can be found wrong in this article: all sorts of laughable excesses, from slopy style, overweening sentimentality, a kind of con brio enthusiasm for being an NPP apologist to the sort of half baked intellect that is associated with these Kumasi boys.

There is always a strong smell of revenge in his writings and, behind his comic grotesqueric look is the angry cry of a man enraged that life can be so cruel that he is not celebrated as a good writer.

This article is a nostalgic kitsch.

What you proposed has been on my mind for sometime now and often discuss it with friends who mostly concur.Gratually it will come a time that this issue will be put to referendum and hopefully "50% + 1" majority will come aboard and it will come to be.For once I agree with you perfectly.

It will be a good business for our poultry farmers if we can get each person to swear their oaths with six eggs each. This is funny and realproblem solving idea. I can imagine the crooked politicians and civil servants quitting their positions rather than taking their luck with Antoah nyamaah.

I could not help bursting my flanks with laughter all through! I am still feeling the pangs of that pain in my ribs. Man, you are so right!!! I think we should give the people what they are most frightful of to swear on, despite our own beliefs in those things.

I bet the level of corruption would have been slashed in half by now. The observation you made with Tigare, Antoa Nyamaa, Akonodi, etc., is so, so true!!

Maybe, we could incorporate that manner of Oath-taking in our Constitution to attest to our diverse Traditional and Religious background.

OMG! In fact, you have unearthed a very potent tool worth trying out. The fact that we use Western System of Governance, and Language (English) in our deliberations must not preclude us from employing any effective native tool to cure us of serious social malaise.
