I am also facing the same problem. Every month l buy 30 cedis worth of vodafone credit to bundle my galaxy s4 for 2.5G data and because of the poor service, l always could not use all and the moment the expiring date is due they take everything forgetting that because of the bad signal that is why l could not used the data. So thank you for speaking for us.
