We expect the Prez to appoint leaders who are already trained, experienced and poised to deliver, not opportunists who are yet to establish a track record. Dr. Bokor can and should do better.

Bokor, assuming you have put in your sweat money to set up a business, would you hire school going people to be part of your administrators? Nobody is crying foul about people who are trying to better themselves whilst at work for better positions in future but not in a government whose leader is clueless as the people he hires. Competent individuals abound in the country who Mahama could have hired but with his visionless sense, and knowing very well that he can't cope with those who are smart than himself, he just chose to hire people who will sing to his tune.

Governing is real business and not try and error basis. Visionary leaders always look for qualify individuals to hire into their administration to help to achieve his campaign messages to the electorates. Always defending the indefensible. E&OE.
