  Mr. Writer, Who said that Ghana is having economic problems because Mahama is from the North? I don't think so. Mahama is simply incompetent. And NDC is made up of lot of politically naïve and corrupt individuals

Did they not burn markets to show crime is rife? Why will they not undermine the economy to show he is unfit . The ma te me ho tribalists will stop at NOTHING. Now they talk about Ghana election being a West African election . See the trend?

After a deafening silence from Rawlings he finally bounced back with a scathing attack on the unprecedented corruption under Mahama's watch. I'm waiting to hear you say Rawlings took a swipe at the president because he is from the north. You're so full of it.

  I am a northerner but disappointed in your piece. You could have made your point without trying to call out a particular party. All parties may be guilty but you write as if you have been hired by NDC to write this piece. One thing you also left out, how have northerners themselves added to this trend, we are superb at running ourselves down. Anyway I like your point that the north does not contain only one ethnic group.
