If the GFA decides to sack Kwasi Appiah, compensation of $110,000 will have to be paid and presumably a new head coach comes in that takes, for the purposes of argument, $50,000 a month plus a signing on fee of $100,000, that will come to a total of $510,000 over the next six months which would be a saving of $49,000 over the period, with respect to having both Kwesi Appiah and the Technical Adviser at post.

I will leave you to judge whether the GFA in this regard is being financially prudent or not, especially in the existing economic situation.

THe solution is that Nyantakyi and Akwasi Appiah must all go. Ghana needs fresh minds and fresh skill sets preferable from abroad.

Ghanaians in Ghana are all afflicted with the poor minds affliction cou0ples with corruption. I can't deal with my own father due to his pitiful mindset that makes me wonder what happened to the man who raised me.

When I asked he told me recalcitrantly: "They way we do thing here in Ghana is not the same they way you do things in your advanced country."

And when I asked: How did you know that dad? And when I asked him whether that was an intelligent rationale for doing things wrongly. He told me he was older than me.

The GFA lead by Nyantakyi is corrupt and need to be chastised for the abysmal performance in the just ended world cup in Brazil. this corruption in the management of the GFA has clearly shown its face at the time some of the management members were beaten by some of the players.
The GFA management must not go free for for the shame they have caused Ghanaians before the whole world.
For the coach, he must be sacked. Because he is not competent in terms of knowledge so he is easily manipulated by the management of the GFA.
