What did Ghana get from all the legal firms in UK that has represented us in the past at local and or international disputes/arbitration processes, IMANI? Did we not have the late Atta-MIlls as a lawyer or Nana Akufo-Addo as a "brilliant" legal mind as you and other put it? Is our parliament and most institutions not full of Ghanaians with law degrees from God-knows where and yet as a nation seek practicing lawyers from foreign nations to represent us after we've made a mockery of contracts? If as a nation we are incapable of manning our own affairs, the least we could do is buy adequate insurance against our ineptitude and that is precisely what we've presumable purchased in JWI. People purchase insurance in the event of a calamity.
