  In Usa either private pipeline companys like colonial or keystone..build their on million gal/barrel tanks...5-10 to 100 acre property with loading racks..These companys must build tank farms from their profit or pay TOR for ...

  In Usa either private pipeline companys like colonial or keystone..build their on million gal/barrel tanks...5-10 to 100 acre property with loading racks..These companys must build tank farms from their profit or pay TOR for storage.. Even natural gas companys in de-regulated states charge pass thru fees, while they let marketers do the billing and selling...No reason that the BDC so have all profit but none of risk..Let the pay insurance against fire, and rebuild or replace old tanks and piping or pay TOR for storage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
