  Mr. Kofi Asamoah-Siaw should take some time off to evaluate his own position and role in the PPP party and then come back and tell us why the PPP should matter. The indisputable fact is that the owner, financier and demigod of the PPP is none other than a man who saw himself as too big for the CPP after he had benefitted from the NPP by serving in the Kufour administration. If the NPP was good then to have drawn Paa Kwesi Nduom to the NPP to cash in on its fame, glory and abuses under ex-president Kufour, it should be good for the PPP here and now. The PPP cannot have their cake and eat it too.
  The NPP of today is not and has never been anything other than what it was at its roots in the UP/UGCC brandishing the Busia-Danquah ideologies and ideologues; its creed and aims never changed. If it has been good to attract Paa Kwesi Nduom to earn his 50 silver coins it should be good and attractive to all in the PPP; the latter day conversion simply will not do.
