  If the NPP wants to win power and stay relevant in national politics then the so-called factional leaders must behave like matured men instead of mimicking crabs in a bucket . The NDC, despite its handicap in quality human resources, boasts of greater organizational skills, knows how to mend their broken fences and win elections by any means possible. The NPP on the other hand knows how to lose elections that look winnable. There are more than enough narcissists and too much of unforgiveness in the elephant party. The simple truth that keeps eluding the two dominant factions is none of them can win an election in Ghana as it's presently constituted electorally without the full support and compliments of the other faction. Unity and the party's abundant and rich human resources can coalesce the ghanaian voting public into a great voting block for the NPP. Does GAKE really want to deepen the divide and hope to win power on its own strength? The same question goes to Nana's faction.
