What is the point of this article. Ghana has bigger issues. Are you sick Rockson Adofo,you need help. Because Ghana is not in Good shape and it is not the fault of the Asantehene. You are just jealous of Asantes. I am an Ewe, but I can tell you Rockson Adofo are not a true Asante. Asantes do not disrespect their chiefs, especially Asantehene.

Would there have been the Ntamkesie Miensa if Nana Osei Tutu's cousin Nana Ofori Panin had given free access to pass through his territory? Remember that it was a family dispute that caused Ofori Panin to leave the present day Abuakwa near Kumasi to build his own state called Akyem-Abuakwa with his followers. For this dispute between these brothers, even, the Ohene of Abuakwa near Kumasi still swears oath and allegiance to to the Ofori Panin stool at Kyebi. Sorry this family feud cost the life of one of their own. But they are still a family!! That is why when Asantehene dies, he cannot be buried until the Okyenhene arrives to bury his brother..... "it is brotherhood meeeen!"

Mr Repugnant, you don't understand because your people don't have any history worthy of remembering. Leave the Ashantis/Akans alone because they are the custodians of Ghana history.

The PSYCHOLOGY and the SUPERSTITION are slowly losing their grip on people..GO TO SCHOOL and BE INFORMED !!

Just a point of correction. The Asante Army defeated the Akyems in 1731. However, after defeating them Nana Osei Tutu 1, was killed in an ambush by Akyem Soldiers after crossing the River Pra (known as the 'Forbidden River'). The Akyems were renowned for ambushing their opponents when in battle.
