We have people in charge who have not accept responsibility rewarding failure with more money solve a fundamental problem by thinking of bring a rejected Serbian for 2 term would change things.

A foreign coach is not the answer we have won African Cup 4 times with our own no foreign coach has ever won African cup and they would never, no country had won the world cup with a foreign coach. The only way we can develop and move forward is to trust one of our own. Akwesi Appiah had failed we do not have to reward him with more money we should have replaced him with an award winner coach like Tetteh and not to go after a rejected Serbian to become an Advisor. Bring a second class foreign coach would not solve our problems first of all Kwesi Nyantakyi's GFA must accepted responsibility for what happened in the 2014 WC and stop the blaming game

“This monthly salary is nearly five times the annual per capita income in Ghana. It is also six times the annual average or median income in Ghana.

Secondly, look at the level of poverty in gh? The lack of basic infrastructure, schools etc. U talk about bringing cars. U want to bring these expensive cars to ride on these dirt roads? Asamoah Gyan should hand over the Captain's band to Andre Ayew. The Black Stars need a true MOTIVATOR and not a comedian who only keeps their off-pitch hours singing and dancing instead of resting, sleeping, planning, thinking or developing strategies etc. Whenever we got a set piece we watched how they did not know what to do. They played Wlking football. Only Andre Ayew played above average. Asamoah Gyan and Fatau were the worst on the pitch.

Because our leaders lack foresight, our economy is in ramshackle state and for them to dish out $100K to each player speaks to the kind of leaders they are.Economic trends and conditions must be seriously considered when determining how much a player must receive. And who says a foreign coach has the solutions to these problems? If the GFA cannot afford to pay the players prior to the world cup, do they have what it takes to hire a foreign coach? The GFA is the problem and until they get their heads off their asses these problems will loom over our heads for decades!

The South African experience is just a flash in the pan and should not be misconstrue to mean Ghana "Has Arrived" at the world cup stage. Ghana is still far from that pedigree to be considered a regular and established world cup performer like Germany, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Holland, Argentina etc. Ghanaians should rather agitate about the inhoise problems and not onfield performance because that is not and cannot be a preseve of any country in the world, even Spain and Brazil can testify to that fact. Taking the ball and having players run through their paces on the filed like a PE teacher does not make you a coach and the players know that. It is in the film room and the specific instructions to specific players that tell the best coaches from the mediocre. The hammer should then fall on the technical team. they must be sacked. I have said from day one that AA did not have the knowhow to coach the black stars. I have been proven right.

That was when i first started posting messages here.But come the world cup we saw in the game against germany how determined our boys particularly friends of KPB played and how determined germany played too and the fans were the winners. England being our colonial masters thought as hypocrisy and hate; they thought us that we should be humble and bear it. As a result some sections of ghanaians have adopted this attitude that if you are confident as befits a sports person,have tattoos or the like you are no good whatever you do. This is the attitude from where AA and the corrupted FA come from. This is the attitude which breeds corruption and enable England who believes they are superior than every one else able to wicked people whilst pretending they are good.the current BS is dominated by players who have ability but lack application, who are mentally weak as a result of being yesa masa all the time. A Ayew is not the most pleasing player to watch but he has fire in his belly as befits Kwame Nkrumah's people .Losing Muntari, Essien, Kwarasey has further taken the fire from the team, it is promoting yesa masa attitude which is an attitude of a loser.Remove this canker from BS by changing the manager o God and not being afraid to call up players who are strong personalities but mean well. Recently KPB had a hard time but what did he get insults on here rather than the so callked ghanaian hospitality yet some stupid bs players still gets call up and encouraged when they dont have a team or out of form.There are sportsmen and there are winners. lets have winners in the bs. winners would have recognised where the fans were coming from and gave out their best regardless of what fans say or do. if you dont have the temperament then how can you suceed?
