Dekportor is million times far better and academic intelligent than yourself and your entire family in the Bush. Dekportor is our mentor and we like his write-ups.

The lazy ewe is an unemployed guy in Hamburg who has nothing better doing than to roam up and down the street of Wandsbeker Chausee in Hamburg blowing shit after cleaning his troat with Akpeteshie everyday.   Seeing men urinating almost anywhere is an eye sore especially when you are a visitor or a Ghanaian coming back after a long stay in a civilised country abroad. How do men do it in these places abroad? For them there are places of convenience dotted everywhere with signposts to help you locate them. To add to this there are toilets in every home, bar, restaurant, leisure centre etc. In short these places are properly planned.
  
  In contrast, Ghanaian men do not have access to such facilities. I am yet to see any signposted toilet on this ceremonial road you refer to or any restaurant that will allow their premises to be used for such purposes by non-paying guests.
  
  Provide these facilities, educate the public then enforce the law - there will be no excuse!

  The problem of indiscipline is not limited to people at the bottom of the economic ladder. It's widespread but more importantly those at the top of the economic ladder including government officials are not immune to various acts of indiscipline. Fighting indiscipline must be a top down approach if we want to be successful.
  Urinating in public is not considered a misconduct by the totality of ghanaians. Nine out of ten ghanaians will urinate in the open or find a secluded spot to ease themselves if they can resist the urge no more. To prevent this ugly spectacle city/metropolitan/urban/town/village administrations must educate the public that the practice of urinating or defecating Iin public is not only an eyesore but it constitutes a health hazard. The problem can be solved by providing more decent places of public convenience, enacting new laws where necessary or enforcing existing laws and punishing offenders with stiff penalties or making them do a supervised community service. Littering should also be considered a public nuisance as well as a health hazard in much the same way as urinating and defecating in public if we hope to attract tourists to our country. There are more health hazards that don't require rocket science knowledge to rid our communities and societies of. There are too many people sleeping on the job who need to be fired if they will not wake up to their responsibilities.

  I think there are two things that need to happen to curb this habit. First off, we need city guards or police to enforce fines levied on dissenters of a policy tharlt will ban that practice. Secondly we need to provide bathrooms around the city to help people pee or ease themselves. The two go hand in hand in a civilized society.
