If it's because the npp constitution is silent or ambiguous then those responsible for it must go to work and resolve it immediately. On the other hand if it's a question of interpretation then the courts must be used immediately to stop this infighting

  This case seems to be an argument about the constitutionality of the action taken. It should have been long settled by a thorough interpretation of the requisite sections of the Constituiton.

  Either the Constitution, like you said, is ambiguous on those particular actions taken by the Chairman and Secretary-General or, both sides of the argument are interpreting the relevant sections wrongly to their convenience.
  
  The Party's Constitutional experts must quickly sit down to resolve this before it drags on to jeopardize the Party's chances in 2016. Meanwhile, a lot of psychological bruising has already started against opposing sides of the argument among the leadership, that little to nothing has been seriously done to curtail it.
  
  That is most disappointing. If the conflict does not get resolved before the end of this year, NPP would be in grave danger of losing in 2016.
