    Mahama foes not need to wake up so far he has a reliable voting block in the Volta Region. Tribal politics is all it takes to win elections not performance and competence, Pryce.

    Mahama will never wake up. He will never make difficult and necessary policy decision and he will never rein in party aficionados. He cannot do these because his hands are tied by those feeding him and holding him in place.
