  Good job, Samuel for your concern. Unfortunately, you cannot control nature and continue to rely in climate for food production. Sure, you can prepare for any climate change eventualities, however, climate focused agriculture is a thing of the past, ok? What Africa needs is technology in food production, period. Let's figure that one out asap. Don't blame the weather, just figure out the form of food production, because the weather or climate will continue to fail us! Only in Africa that agriculture still heavily rely on nature-the weather and climate, aba!! Why?
