Let's focus on the positive side of the matter, this is not about Kwesi Appiah, people are just taking the situation too personally. This is primarily about the Black Stars. Tell me if you know of any team that Appiah has coached locally; would you leave your team in the hands of Appiah? We've seen local coaches who have demanded and received respect, and we will never forget their contributions . For example, C.K Gyamfi, Addo Odametey, Malik Jabir, Affranie, just to mention a few. We still remember the tremendous job they did.

He should retreat to Oseikrom the city of legendary warriors and keep away from the Pandora press and sensational politicians and some so-called friends. The Silent Killer should know that failure and disappointment are twin brothers that power great warriors to great victories since the dawn of history. In particular, failure is the beginning of success. He should bear no grudge against the GFA nor the players who let down. He should check it out. Many great soccer commanders had at one time been given the sack. It happened also to great military commanders.

The downfall of a person is not the end of the person's life. Ultimate success belong to those persons who rediscovered themselves and corrected all the shortcomings that led to their failures. Remember Commander CK Gyamfi versus the Egyptians in Tokyo during 1964 Olympic games. It was a horrible 1-5 defeat for Gyamfi and the Black Stars. Today's eyes view Gyamfi as the greatest Ghanaian coach of the Black Stars. The Silent Killer should ensure that the GFA pays him all the severance money and all he is entitled to. He should tuck this money away in the bank. He should avoid the bottle and the "Shakara Beauties", like I know he would, since the decent The Silent Killer is not a man of 'logorligi' moral principles.

Then the Silent Killer will for forty days and forty nights work on the following problems:

(1)Management of the egos of star players.
(2)Solving problems between players and the GFA-- how to prevent disruption of the team prior to crucial games
(3)Gametime strategy and psychology
(4)Strategic implementation of player substitutions and how to freeze a game at a self-imposed score.
(5)Computer Analyses of previous soccer matches without the suspicious assistance of a so-called foreign expert analyst.
(6) Complete mastery of all contemporary soccer formations including 4-4-2, 4-2-4, 4-3-3, 3-5-2, 4-3-2-1, and hybrid combinations of all of these.

When all these is accomplished, then the Silent Killer shall rise again with confidence amalgamated with skill and purposefullness. Surely, across the horizon of Time and Space , the Ghanaian soccer fans, will forget about the turmoil in Brazil and cheer loudly as Commander Silent Killer assumes the command of the Black Stars again.

Let me awaken your thoughts a bit with the following:

1) Firstly, the officials went to beg players who decided not to play for their nation again. (Even though their nation made them what they have become today...by being exposed to the world).

2) Kwesi took us to the African Cup of Nations, right? Was there discipline in the team? Certain players were not in the team.......

3) Kwesi took them to the World Cup, right? Was there discipline in the team?

4) In Brazil, the GREEDY, SELFISH and the UNDISCIPLINED nature of some of our players and officials cost us the World Cup.

5) Most of our players have enslaved minds like yours, and as such, will NEVER respect their own, just as most our people in our society, don't. But respect others of a different race.

Finally, how can a team of players who hold a nation to ransom and demand to be paid before they kick a ball be ready for a match?

Do you think that will augur well for TEAM SPIRIT and CONCENTRATION, before a crucial match?

If you have ever played or coached any football team before, you will know that with all the above happenings, half of the pending game would be lost before even kicking a ball. Not forgetting players and officials getting into fist fights over MONEY?????

Was Kwesi Appiah meant to have paid the players?
Did he bring back the undisciplined players to the fold?
Did he lose the dressing room for lack of preparation? Or was it all of the above?

I expected you to have analyzed things properly before writing such a one-sided crap! Are you working for the GFA to convince Ghanaians or are you being honest with yourself?

The GFA came back to Ghana and knowing that Ghanaians can easily be HOODWINKED with lies........so gave Kwesi the sack, to cover up their own incompetence.

I am sorry to say that enslaved minds like yours will NEVER see the bigger picture, for proper solutions to our problems.

Did we have to go and bring Milo back? Kwesi has proven, he is way better than Milo - who is also holding Ghana to ransom with a $70,000 a month pay demand.

Ghanaian should know that kwasi nyantakyi and his group wants a coach that they can control and take a percentage from his salary. we all know nyantakyi had a percentage from milo's pay and he was also getting certain incentive from the serbian translator . nyantakyi couldn't get any incentive from Appiah after he had a pay raise and he used his misfortune against him . please ghanaians keep our eyes wide open because there very good and decent ghanaian coaches that can handle the black stars so lets develop and support our coaches because it was a ghanaian coach that won the under 20 world cup so it is possible but we need to get rid of nyantakyi and the likes .
