  Has it occurred to lame Ghanaians that public officials being forced to live in hotels at great cost is just one consequence of selling off state bungalows and land which started long ago and gathered great momentum under the NPP regime? The Supreme Court of Ghana even had the mendacity to legalise such blatant robbery of state assets by office holders.
  
  Instead of building additional rental units for state officials and workers, as I detailed in my article on the so-called in-filling policy, they rather started selling to themselves such prime lands and bungalows! Take teh case case of the units built for MPs at Sakumono, for instance. After the 1st Parliament, (1993-6) the MPs who lost refused to move out and all were sold off to the occupants at knocked down prices! There should have been a national uprising against the official thieves, forcing the policy to be reserved.
  
  The so-called Ghanaian national elite is a curse on the mass of Ghanaians.

  Let us address the issues as they are instead of blaming it solely on the NDC. It was exactly the same under Kuffour. In fact these cries of corruption etc. were the same under Kuffour presidency except that those who were shouting then are different from those doing so now. Public officials in this country waste our resources with reckless abandon. That we politicize the criticism gives them room to continue. let's passionately criticize them but leave the political parties out so that we can be objective in calling wrong what it is instead of giving room for excuses. If it is wrong, it is wrong. It shouldn't matter whether it is NDC or NPP in power.

  Why the AFAG an affiliate of the npp should be so blatant with their lies astound me.The npp have in their midst a dangerous group and they must be careful for he who lies for you would lie against you.No wonder the npp is in disarray.
