  The problem is that Ewes love power and so they can't afford to live under the leadership of anybody else apart from their own, or anyone they can manipulate. So, it is pretty clear that shameless people like Samuel will continue to defend the indefensible. A lot of NDC supporters are disillusioned about the direction in which Mahama is taking the country even though it is difficult for them to say it publicly. Just be honest to yourselves for once.

  One thing I will agree with you on is that the NPP is no better.
  
  NDC or NPP.... doesn't matter because it's the same corrupt and thieving animal using different political colours to confuse the electorates come election time.
  
  The only entity I pity in all this is MOTHER GHANA because no matter who wins the next elections between these two parties, Ghana is still screwed because it's the same animal who will be in charge of the golden goose.
  
  Yeah... you read that right. To both parties, Ghana is just a "golden goose". Nothing more.
  
  Both NDC and NPP don't deserve to rule Ghana but unfortunately, there's no third party strong enough to push these two pompous parties aside and give them a run for their money.
  
  Sadly, there's nothing in the constitution that will allow the EC to disqualify them for the next elections even though every Ghanaian knows both parties are rotten to the core and are
  not fit to rule GHANA.
  
  The only people who will say otherwise are the foot soldiers and the political hoodlums of both parties who either can't wait to get their hands on the golden goose or don't want to give up control of the golden bird.
  
  Take your pick, Samuel and please get out from under that rock!!!

  It's really sad to see our once beautiful and rich country being ransacked and pillaged by people who have no shame but just avarice in their mindsets, especially by those two parties who seem to have a field day using Ghana as their ping pong ball in their table tennis match.
  
  The saddest part of this whole scenario seems to be the "mis-education" of the Ghanaian electorate who seem to be "bought" easily with a bribe of twenty cedis, a gallon of cooking oil, a quarter bag of rice and a sickly poultry farm chicken.
  
  I'm not kidding because I saw this with my own naked eyes during the last electioneering campaign. I had gone home on a family visit and I was at the Takoradi harbour to claim some items I had shipped when all of us sudden work at the port came to a screeching halt because workers were to be bussed into town to collect the bribe I mentioned earlier. I had to wait for about 3 hours for the workers to return before I could continue with the process of claiming my shipment.
  
  So Francis, how do you, I and other countless Ghanaians who know what is at stake here 'educate' the Ghanaian electorate to exercise their voting rights judiciously by NOT voting for either the NDC or NPP but another third party who could do a better job than what those two clowns of parties can do?
  
  I know it's a herculean job but until the voters in Ghana have a shift in their mentality that these two parties are one and the same and that they( Ghanaians ) would forever be taken for a ride, Ghana would still be spinning its wheels.
  
  Another third party is the ONLY way to go if Ghana is to move away from the rut she's been stuck in for the past three and a half decades.
  
  GOD HELP GHANA!!!

  Quite interestingly, I share your sentiments with regard to the issue of bribery.
  
  I witnessed a typical example of this bribery episodes as a student at KNUST. My next door neighbor and a very close friend on the same university hall, a leading student member of one of the two major parties, had silos of money stashed in his closet, silos of money given him by leaders of this party I am refusing to mention here.
  
  Students who came to him, my friend, with proper ID's establishing their identification with the party in question received specific amounts from this friend of mine.
  
  These disbursements occurred during electioneering campaigns and immediately prior to elections. These acts are shameful, Military Man. This explains why I have lost interest in partisan politics, particularly involving the NPP and the NDC.
  
  Let us do our best in terms of "educating" those who are willing to listen to us, Brother Military Man.

  Let Ghanaians not deceive themselves by thinking NPP, rather than NDC, will solve our problems and truly lead the country to the path of GENUINE DEVELOPMENT. Both parties are pretty much doing the same things - satisfying the personal needs of the party hangers on who are not even ashamed of their ill-gotten wealth and boast about it.

These are silly, childish pranks, which won't get you anywhere. We've read obnoxiously crafted accounts, heard and seen worst scenarios, all by NDC hoodlums, good-for-nothing, dirty propagandists, have done all they to malign Nana. None has washed; he's rather growing from strength to strength, grace to grace. If you have something better to write about, take a good, careful look at your own Try-And-Error NDC govt. A govt that even can't bring a simple cholera epidemic under check? Yet, in the midst of all the economic woes, corruption and graft, unpaid wages and salaries, reckless mismanagement of everything, including skyrocketing water/electricity tarifs, food prices, school fees, transport fares, the dumsor", now "dumkoraa" scourge, etc, you're not ashamed to bear you fangs at Nana. Your gutter articles, at best, seek to serve the interest of NDC; at worst, will motivate Nana and the masses, who're reading themselves up to vote him into power come 2016. You should have the moral courage to hold your clueless, backward-moving Mahama accountable. It's only mischievous people who would assume that JJ and Mahama have clean hands in their political lives. Ghanaians don't have short memories as Mahama once made us to think; he never stops insulting our intelligence. There are countless shining examples that put Nana on top of all his peers, past and present. Just one example was the level of political maturity he exhibited after Atuguba's infamous Election Petition verdict. In his acceptance speech, although the results had been misplaced and justice perveted, Akufo Addo sent a strong signal of peace, love and faith. His urging all NPP followers to remain calm, and not to take the law into their own hands, was unprecedented. Nothing can be compared to those statements, that calmed the nerves of an angry people, who wanted to vent their spleen of NDC, "stealers" of the century. Nothing untoward happened afterwards, as we would have witnessed were it to be NDC that lost. World leaders, Obama and all, couldn't help congratulating him. Such results never ended peacefully in many countries around the world, particularly Africa. Akufo Addo showed that promise. This has earned him so much respect, an international recognition, that puts him in the light as an epitome of peace. Shortly afterwards, he was among a special international observers team that headed for South Africa's own elections. Shame on you, do you describe such a person as a man of war? Come to think about the founder of the NDC party, do you know the atrocities that were committed by JJ, under the pretext of a stinking revolution, that bore the colours of a true, well-planned armed robbery? After all those judicial killings and so-called house cleaning, where has it taken us? Isn't corruption worst now than ever? It's your founder who is a thief, killer, bragging idiot. You think it's for nothing that today, he raves and rants like a mad Trokosi dog? As for Mahama, the least said about him the better. He's a master when it comes to bonking women. So he has many kids out of wedlock. What an individual we have as president! The state of the economy, the plight of the masses, etc are there to speak for themselves. Today, can the NDC still talk about their bullshit "better Ghana" agenda? This has become an albatross around Mahama's neck and that of his stinking govt. Bloody mother and baby fuckers! Can Mahama still appeal to the youth? He lied under his teeth that, because he was youthful, he would bring his "youthful exuberance" to bear on good governance that will improve lives, particularly the lives of the teeming youth, most of whom are still jobless. He has arrogated power on to himself, throwing an all-inclusive govt to the dogs. What a clever way to deceive the people! If you think Akufo Addo is war-like, so let it be. But remember hat there's no evil done under this sun that has never seen the light of day. In the NDC, there are many skeletons in the cupboard, yet to be exposed. Late president Prof Mills' shocking death is just one of the many bizarre things lurking in NDC. Prof's killers shall be exposed one day; when that time comes, we shall know whether your "righteous" Mahama had a hand in his death or not. Long live Nana Akufo Addo, long live NPP!
