Exactly said man. I can actually see doom at the end of the tunnel of Ghana's Education System in some ten years to come if these concerns are not addressed immediately. We live in a country where there is no respect for Teachers all the way from Politicians, Opinion leaders, Parents, Students and the General public. I must be quick to add that, in the coming few years, fat allowances will be given to people to go into teaching but none will be found if the kind of treatments melted out to Teachers now are not addressed.
The question is; are Teachers the only public sector workers in the country? Why then that they are the mostly accussed, ill -treated, less paid, less respected and yet the people much is expected from. Let's not forget that "to whom much is given, much is expected from and the vice-versa.
