I appreciate your article but would add that it is a public health problem that affects all of Ghana. Ghananians are essentially very dirty people. The country is dirty and men, women and children are happy to live in that filth. They will never change unless made to change through education and fines yes fines when they have to part with money they will soon change their behaviour.

Ghanaians are more interested in political debate that enhancing their quality of life on the human development scale. The country does not have to be rich to do that poor countries can make progress on this scale if the populous and politicians have the will.
