If someone is able to predict what will happen in the future, it means that the person is able to say that the thing will happen. For him to be a true predictor the event MUST HAPPEN. He cannot, therefore, prevent the thing from happening. If he was able to prevent the thing from happening, then it means he was not able to predict that the thing would happen since the thing didn't happen!
My argument is about the logic of predictions, not if TB Joshua is true or not.
People follow TB Joshua because they believe he does something positive to them. This has absolutely nothing to do with if TB Joshua is false or not. When these people see that they are no more getting anything positive from him, they will stop following him without your telling them.
I, personally, don't see anything in TB Joshua. I will not give him a pesewa! But if other people wish to follow him and give him all their money, who am I to say they shouldn't? It's their f...ing business.

Despite failing to comply with building regulations and mounting four floors on a foundation that was originally meant to hold two storeys, T.B Joshua, the founder of the Synagoue Church of all Nations that housed a building that collapsed and killed at least 115 people, insists the incident was an attack.
Mr. Joshua released new security footage of the incident through Emmanuel TV’s official YouTube channel.
The new footage from a security camera stationed in the church premises shows the bottom of the building as people walk innocently around the environment.
Suddenly, the building collapses in mere seconds and bystanders scampered to safety.
A still picture at the end of the footage shows the extent of the disaster with ‘floors piled on top of each other’.
Through a Facebook post, the embattled Christian preacher insisted that while co-operating with the ongoing investigation into the cause of the fatal collapse, “The church views this tragedy as part of an attack on The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations.”
Mr. Joshua, who was heard in a audio recording doling out money to journalists “for fuel” and subsequently asking them what they would report, warned the media to stop giving “the impression the collapse was due to structural failure”.

The argument is a logical one. If someone makes a prediction about something, the thing must come to pass for the prediction to be true. So if you argue that the same person should give warning so that the prediction will not come true, that will be a logical contradiction. If Joshua predicts that the building will collapse on a particular day, people will not go to church on that day. The building will not collapse. Then it is no longer a prediction because the building did not collapse. We will be left at square one.
Nobody can predict something and then take steps to prevent that prediction. If he does so, it will no longer a prediction.
Now, it is possible too that TB will predict that the building will collapse on a Wednesday. People don't go to the building on that Wednesday. The building collapses! This will put TB in an even greater predicament. Everybody will see that he is a phoney.

Why would anybody travel many miles to nigeria for miracles & ended up dying tragically? This same guy rushed to blame the collapse on a mysterious plane, then boko haram but never mentioned the fact that he illegally added more storey to this structure. Engineers concluded that the foundation was loaded with people beyond its strength & ultimately, crack under pressure. When construction work was ongoing to raise the building to a five-storey, even though, the foundation was designed for two storey, that was a tragedy waiting to happen. And yet, a self-professed follower of God decided not to give Caesar things to Caesar & instead, broke the law by not getting approval to add this storey. And yet, this is africa, people hate to own up to their mistakes & instead, blame any tragedy on extraterrestrial powers, satan, other people. And to add more insult, we're not to question or criticize Mr. Joshua as he rained death upon his critics. So much for a person who claimed to be a follower of Christ.

You want to know the gift I'm talking about? I will tell you.... brain.
TJ is using his to scam people but there are those of us who have bigger brains than he does and we can decipher when we are being scammed. So don't expect everyone to fall on his/her knees and crawl towards the 'heavenly' gate manned by a crook using God's name as cover to attract the gullible.
God lives in all of us. After all, we were made in his likeness, as one of the two great books( the Koran and the Bible) says for Christians. So the smarter ones in our midst don't need a crook who can't tie his own shoes laces, let alone be in commune with the man upstairs, to tell us lies for his own benefit.
Jesus Christ knew everything. He knew he was going to be crucified by his fellow men, buried and rise on the third day to ascend into heaven. He knew all that... so don't give me any BS about the real prophets not knowing everything.
You know one other thing. Jesus Christ also knew about the likes of TB Joshua .. that's why he warned us about the false prophets.
Those so-called great men you mentioned are either scammers themselves in collusion with TB Joshua or sad gullible preys of TB Joshua's. Take your pick, KEKELI.

I'll bet those dead South Africans are turning over in their graves wishing that they had paid heed to warnings like this. They didn't and they suffered horrible deaths at the hands of a fraudster.
As for me opening my own church, it's NEVER gonna happen because I'm too honest a person to deceive people, not to mention that I have my own profession that gives me good money.
So I'm NOT going to dabble in fraudulent activities of scams hiding behind a church and abusing the good name of the Almighty.
If you want an alternative to TB Joshua, my recommendation is Jesus Christ. He is the only one who has the power to heal and save you. No one else.

Unfortunately, we live in a multicultural and multi-religious society, as such, our thinking is sometimes flawed and our knowledge of humans and the world at large, no matter how knowledgeable we are, is always limited in the eyes of God.
God has made all humans different and only He knows why. If the finger prints for all humans are different, then our individual spirit and soul are different. Only God who created us knows our purpose and spiritual capabilities on earth. This now brings me to the issue at hand - Prophet TB Joshua.
Many people out there have come out to criticize him, labelling him all types of names, which is absolutely wrong. Many of the critics may not be Christians but that's a discussion for a different day.
Many keep on asking or saying the following:
1. Why didn't he see or prophesy this tragedy?
2. His prophecies are fake or arranged.
3. The healings are not real.
4. Etc.
I will base all my analysis on Biblical scriptures.
1. My Bible teaches me that ALL the Men of God (Prophets) had a humble beginning. From very poor back ground. Limited or no education. In fact, even our Messiah Jesus Christ was delivered in a menger, a stable for animals. One of the more reasons why the Jewish people do not accept Him. Yet, He is the Lord our God. Please let me say this, am not in any way saying that Prophet TB Joshua is Jesus, but that his back ground and humble beginning is similar to those of the prophets in the bible.
2. Persecution. All the prophets of old in the Bible went through persecution. Many died for the sake of Jesus Christ. In fact, Jesus Christ Himself said in Matthew 10:16-25 (Please Read) that His servants will be persecuted because of Him. When the creator (Jesus Christ) begin to warn His creation (Humans) about what He has created, then I begin to understand that the persecution of Prophet TB Joshua makes him a Real Man of God. Jesus even went further to say in the above verses that if He can be called Beelzebul, then His servants will be called even worse. You all who criticize should just look at how all the prophets of old, biblical prophets were persecuted? The people screamed and shouted for Barabbas to be set free instead of Jesus. They all thought they were right and doing God's Will. A thief (Barabbas) was set free instead of a righteous one (Jesus Christ Our Saviour). So you critics be careful else you making the same mistake. It doesn't mean when you people shout crucify crucify, you are right.
3. Prophecy. One of the main purpose of prophecies is for the Glorification of God. Men of God, Prophets, communicate only what God wants them to say. They go by the directives of God. The bible say so. Noah knew of the destruction of the world but said nothing about it to anyone. Am sure some of you critics will criticize Noah. Also note, thorns in God's prophet occurred many times in the Bible, many at times they were aware and will speak in parable or these thorns happen for the glorification of God. How many people died because of Moses, how many died because of Jesus when Herod commanded. Yes, the people who died in the guest house came there for God's purpose, and what happened is saddened, but to lay the blame on Prophet TB Joshua, it's absurd. Our God works in miraculous ways, beyond the thinking of us men. Whether Prophet TB Joshua knew of the occurrence or not it's not the issue. I strongly believe he knew and He acted on God's instructions to speak of the events in parable. God knows best.
Let me ask you all: Was Job not a righteous man? What happened to him? Am sure if he was in today's world, you would have said all sorts of terrible things more than what was said about him(Job). Again, God allowed it to happen. And the Bible said Job went on to have more than he ever had before the incident. Now I ask: Who was responsible for the destructions, sadness, deaths and sickness that Job experienced? It was satan. Am sure it's satan this time. Let's not blame Prophet TB Joshua.
4. Most critics are fast to jump into conclusion in wrongfully calling Prophet TB Joshua a false prophet. They even go the extent of quoting scriptures, eg, in the end time false prophets will arise to defeat even the elect; test all prophets, shame them, etc. Wow. But you hardly hear them say the following, eg, 1. he (prophet TB Joshua) is doing all these in the name of Jesus Christ, 2. that satan cannot divide his (satan) kingdom, in fact, Jesus said this Himself, anyone who is not against you is with you. 3. Do not judge and you will not be judged. 4. Touch not my anointed and do them no harm. So, let's stop criticizing.
5. His deeds. John the Baptist who preached, proclaimed and baptized Jesus Christ, at one time even doubted if Jesus was the Messiah. He sent his disciples to Jesus to ask Him if He was the expected Messiah or they should expect someone else? Jesus performed miracles and told them to go and tell John what they saw. (please note, am not saying Prophet TB Joshua is Jesus).
The bible says by their fruits we shall know them. Let's look at some of Prophet TB Joshua's deeds:
1. Father to the fatherless - his endless support to them, parents, cripples, destitute, etc.
2. Scholarships - to countless of all social, cultural and religious background.
3. Repairing of broken homes, families, marriages, etc
4. Uncountable other charitable works.
If all of the above and many other good things he has done is actually attributed to the devil-satan, then I must say our understanding of satan biblically is vague or satan has suddenly gone mad.
Him being a Man of God, has been used by our Lord Jesus Christ to deliver countless number of people, weekly prophecies, healing, and many more miracles, all in the name of Jesus Christ. His preaching is down to the understanding of all.
Some of you critics like pointing faults, prophets of old in the bible all had faults. Prophet TB Joshua has never claimed to be the healer, or claim to be Jesus Christ. He says in a humble way that Jesus Christ is the one doing all these miracles. He is just a servant.
Many of you the critics, especially the ones calling him names, I challenge you to start doing the following in the name of Jesus Christ :
1. Become father to the fatherless.
2. Finance the poor
3. Assist communities
4. Preach the gospel
Open a hall or whatever and start doing the above at a large scale. And if something happens to your building, what will critics say:
1. You are fake
2. You are a false teacher
3. You got your money from dubious means
4. And the insults continue, etc
Conclusively, note that God will always protect His anointed and I surely believe Prophet TB Joshua will be vindicated.
Prophet TB Joshua shows all his services live through Emmanuel TV, the faces of all those delivered, healed, prophesied to, his charitable works are shown. The critics who are criticizing should go and speak to those they can see live on TV during services. They will all confess to his good works and how God is using him to assist people in uncountable ways.
I've been there in SCOAN and I can attest to the many uncountable things to others and to myself.
The world is not used to prophets like him, so they criticize, judge and condemn him.
As it is said in Psalm 91:7, A thousand may fall dead beside you, ten thousand all round you, but you will not be harmed.
Psalm 35 is a warning to all.

A man who lost his sister when a guest house of the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Nigeria collapsed almost a month ago wants to take legal action against the church.
Mpho Molebatsi said this week his “anger was directed at TB Joshua and his church”, adding the incident had left far too many people traumatised not to take further action.
According to weekend reports, the evangelist pastor from Nigeria, TB Joshua, has sent teams to hand over gifts to the families of the 84 deceased South Africans.
The gifts included money, anointed water and maize meal.
But Molebatsi said he wanted nothing from the pastor.
“You can’t pay for a funeral with that. He can take the R5 000 and shove it,” he said.
Molebatsi’s sister, Hlubi, has not been returned to South Africa yet.
SLOW PROCESS
Government spokesperson Phumla Williams said earlier this week Nigerian authorities were in the process of conducting DNA analyses on the bodies of the 115 people killed in the building collapse.
The process of repatriating the bodies to South Africa had been slow, she said.
“The Nigerians said they will draw the DNA samples themselves and appoint a service provider to run the tests. Only then can we begin to compare results with our data.”
The service provider may be South African, but that remains unclear.
She said the Nigerian government had made it clear South Africa would not have access to the bodies.
“They insisted we aren’t going to touch those bodies … even though they don’t have the technology to do some of the testing,” Williams said.
GOVERNMENT’S PROMISE
The South African government has promised the bodies would be returned to the right families, but that might be difficult as it’s hard to get fingerprints from decomposing corpses.
Molebatsi said the time families had been given for repatriation was a week or two, and they “could only hope” this timeline was accur
